These are some default color scheems I came up with for eternus. We can modify the one we decide on from there.

I personally like the one on the bottom in the middle. Those colors work well together, and looks AWESOME!!!

But whatever you decide on is up to you...

gold and Maroon, for sure!
When I read the topictitle I immidiatly thought about gold

He's like.. ancient.. almost a god..

Plus.. the rest either looks too much like the original VP colors or like a Gundam ripoff (dont get that wrong plz!!

I personally love the bottom last right one (the grey, gold). To me, it has a nice, ancient knight that had fallen from grace feel.

Otherwise, you can go with the gold and maroon one to symbolize his regalness and that he's "good."

Went with the last one. Maroon makes him look too much like Vector Prime.

I like the last one (grey) better too, though the first one is cool too. The purple ones I just don't like and the other two are too much like VP's original colors.

Hmmn...BIG tie between the first and the last, but I go with the gold/maroon.

SFX, yes... VP has those. But no light up chest. At least not the Cybertron ver I got...

Yes it was for comedic value. If you read further up some of the other lists when we were first developing the character it was based off my beastwars Primus Maximus, a horse with roman armor and chariot. Also in prime colors. It's robot mode looked romanish with shield and spear.

The origional concept for Eternus (roman for eternal or immortal or something like that) had a Romanish design that didn't work out along with the names of his drones the Legionairs, etc.

Sweet...

I love that bash, though. The head fits the mold very well. Have any pics of the actual bash anywhere that I might've missed? I'll also look into that horse and chariot version of yours... (Reminds me a bit of Breast Force Prime... Or at least some persons version done as a shire horse and buggy. Buggy was always full of alcohol in this persons mind... Heh.)

I've never posted any pics of my primus maximus. Need to find it and do so. Also no bash has been made yet. I'm still waiting on the cybertron figures to come out here in Texas before I can start.

Can't wait.

Also... Cybertron is out here (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada). We got 'em in our TRU before anywhere else... Though I've not checked anywhere else. No doubt they'll be hitting Wal Mart soon... I've heard they're out in other Wal Marts already. I say check wherever you can... Oh. And VP is actually rather stoic... And be wary when altering his head. You may end up having to hack parts out of the head of the jet mode. (Bot head goes into a small inlet in the front part of the jet.) That also then may require you cut the wirse for the electronics.

Just a small warning... If the electronics don't matter to you, then no worries. :3
