Speaking as someone with a diagnosis that worked in the service industry (worked at Walmart, grocery stores, and then was an over-glorified customer service rep for a cable company that advertised the position as "technical support" during hire, yeah) I was more or less totally annihilated by it to the point it made everything terrible. I actually quit the job because of how harmful and stressful it was to my mental health and my overall well-being. I tried to go back to school after that (it was a "safe zone" for me.) I did eventually buckle under it all. So, after a stay in the psych ward I've found my sense of "normal" for the most part now thankfully. I've personally had mental issues for a long time and avoiding of them in working them out I did two things, I was of mind to choke it back and keep going and simultaneously I was being a very "mind over matter" individual and tried to handle it all myself to a point, which lead to failure and me being about as nutty as Galvatron in G1 for a while.
What you said though, that's not very promising. Service industry does take a special kind of person that is significantly more extroverted.

There are other jobs that hire with "no experience needed"
But since you live in Georgia they assume you're already a handyman redneck who can fix a carburetor with a blindfold on. Which is unfair.
I haven't applied yet, as my sleep schedule won't allow me to do much currently.
What really sucks is being surrounded by people who aren't or have never dealt with any kind of mental illness aside from throwing me at a doctor. In their eyes i'm just a normal person who can handle anything "If I put my mind to it"
If that were the case, I wouldn't be living here right now.

I have some anxiety issues so I thought that an online job would be perfect to get me back in the game again. I guess I will just keep trying.

I'm not attempting, I already have it. That's why the world decided to rob W3 and murder W3 in the first place. I'm here to repossess what was stolen.

Maybe send in a valid resume without including a diatribe about how superior you think you are to every other human being?
Really though, new employers don't want to hire someone who they don't know. The best way to get a job is to know someone at the job already, or be working somewhere already and looking to get another job. Usually, employers wont even look at your application, and if they respond at all it's extremely rare.
I can't remember where I heard it, but 2 responses a month at all from an employer on the whole is considered a strong response.
Tldr:
Job hunting is terrible. It's an exercise in monotony that does nothing but work against you, and you can only ever hope to get really really lucky.

It's crazy how different freelance VS normal job hunting can be, in freelance half of the employers/people want you to talk yourself up like you're the next big thing while other expect you to be the most humble person ever. And it can be hard trying to tell before you even apply what they want, I personally am introverted and suck at fluffing myself up sound amazing so I prefer when I'm just allowed to give my resume and let that be that.
