Completely unnecessary in his transformation, guess it just depends on your preference.Yotsuyasan wrote:Arctorro wrote:Two: Genesis doesn't parts form. MONKEY ARMS FOR THE WIN!!!
So his non-claw hand doesn't need to be pulled apart into two pieces, and the part that you remove placed on the opposite side of his spaceship mode for a symmetrical look?
That is not the official alt mode, just an unofficial mode they made allowances for as a nod to G1Yotsuyasan wrote:And that's to say nothing of if you want to form his more G1-inspired alt mode, for which you need to yank off both of his forearms completely and combine them into a rocket, and then pull out his head to make a little tank.
Not a bad thing in this figure's case, but still sounds like parts forming to me!

While the robot mode looks great. I can't fully pass judgement on this toy until I see more, much more.

I quite agree.
So far so good, but we need to see some alt mode.

More than an alt mode, I'd like to see a prototype and spec information.

But isn't this slow trickle of information the norm for these products? Rarely do you get everything at once, or even in the first month. Machine Boy will release more information when they see fit.
Also take into consideration that a final product might not even be ready for at least 6 months. If MB released all this information today and we had to wait 6 months before getting it in our hands, people are still going to complain.
Patience, folks. I'm not looking forward to what the price of this guy might be. And some commenters probably won't be able to afford the product but they want information now...?
