It's weird that he's not even based on his new toy. It's like they started with a base model based on his vintage furry gorilla robot look, but then backtracked by adding the cockpit from his new toy to his back to give him some visual consistency with his new toy, and then added random panel flats running along the side of his forearms for whatever reason.Skritz wrote:It's so weird they gave Primal fur when he's clearly based off his new toy which doesn't turn into a gorilla.

Caelus wrote:My wife pointed out something interesting about the prehistoric Predacons. I said that everyone was complaining because transforming for them mostly consisted of them just standing up-right. She essentially said, 'So? That's what our ancestors did.'
Megatron finally figures out Megatronus' plan, but fears it may be too late to stop him when Megatronus arrives to claim the Requiem Blaster for himself.

This episode made it very clear that the action and fight scenes are the best part of this series by far. They're directed and choreographed well, and flow extremely smoothly.

All that being said however, this wasn't the most terrible episode from recent weeks.
Grimlock" "Are we there yet?" (Just 2 more weeks buddy and it will be over. Yay!)
Optimus Primal- Can do what no other Prime or Titan Can -Punch gods in their face.
Rodimus Unicronus (I see you heheh...)
I was actually hoping all those flaming piles would be those characters end, but somehow I don't think I'm going to get that satisfaction.

So for anyone why are you watching this series if you dont like it? Is it to join in on bashing it with other strangers ons message board? What’s the reason because I legitimately don’t get it.

Contractually obligated.
o.supreme wrote:Well I would watch the other animated TF series...oh wait, there isn't one on currently. Generally I enjoy TF animation (more so than the comics), and it pains me because I know that with better writers, staff, production budget, animation etc... a better product can be produced. Sure I could go back and watch the Original Animated series for the 800th time, Beast Wars for the 100th time, RiD for the 25th time, Prime for the 15th time etc... but after years and years, there really isn't much new to glean from those series, as much as I enjoy most of them.
Prime Wars is what's new, and current, and what is worth discussing (good or bad). Trust me, most people are refraining. If this series were good, it'd have way more posts than it currently does. And you may think I'm being negative, but go back and see all the posts that could rightfully be considered spam. I agree saying "This Sucks", doesn't help or add anything. Saying why someone feels so, which I try to do, and admittedly may not be perfect at, is more important.
I can fairly confidently say, I REALLY wanted this to be good. CW had great potential for an awesome animated series, it just failed to execute on so many levels, and it just keeps on going. I know it wont get better, but with 2 episodes left, really, what else (other than IDW which is ending) is there currently going on in Transformers Media?
