I have one VF-25R, and a VF-27. Scale wise they are un-officially 1/60th. They look right at home with the Yamato 1/60s. Bandai will be re-releasing their VF-25s in the fall with all the improvements from the 27, and 29 toys. I might have to pick up an Ozma Lee VF-25S armor version!

So are those the regular releases or the VF100's? I believe the VF100's are 1/100 scale and fit in with the Toynami's stuff?

I have the regular released Chogokin DX ones.
Air Commander Starscream wrote:Yea I hear you have to remove a lot of parts between transformations, it kind of seems like whats the point of that? Especially for the asking price on them.
So what is everyone's fav Valk type? I still have to say the YF/VF-19 is my favorite.

Do you remember mine? Here's a hint there's a group shot in the old thread. Can we reopen it?

Both Tommy and Kevin (who not only runs great panels at cons, but is just a great guy to hang with) have been issuing the same statements since 2008, I've seen a number and 75% of one years panel is word for word from the year before.
The long and the short of it is that Shadow Chronicles did well enough to warrant the 2nd volume which was effectively green lit and then put immediately on hold once they had a decent live-action proposal on the table. As long as the Live movie is still viable, we'll be waiting for SC2. We are not going to see anything further for SC until the movie leaves the pre-production stage for either actual filming or the trash bin.
Either way, by the time we have a set date for SC2, another entire Macross series could be announced, debuted, had a full TV run, and put out on DVD.
I still get a kick that fans in japan fan-subbed Shadow Chronicles as a GC Mospeda sequel.

5 gets you ten, regardless of what they call it here, it will be marketed in Japan as Macross regardless.

I really didnt need to read that...now I might have to go check out HLJ.....![]()
As for the whole Robotech live action movie, I know it has been in talks for a very long time much like the Voltron Movie. But I will remain hopeful and it dosent bother me too much that it will be a straight up reboot.
I like both Robotech and Macross, but I tend to like Macross more as it continues the main "Macross" designs and story with Plus, Seven and Frontier. I enjoyed Southern Cross and the New Generation with Robotech, but it is still 2 seperate shows getting tweaked for the whole "Robotech Saga". I still havent even seen Shadow Chronicles yet, I need to get it on Blu Ray and watch it.

Well the Voltron movie was confirmed tonight as well as a new release of the complete Robotech saga on DVD.

So what are the folks running Robotech at HG even doing now-a-days? They keep saying how they are working on new projects, shows, live action movies. Seems like they are trying to desperately keep the Robotech name in the news and still relevant.
I'd be fine without a second SC movie, I just want that damn SC Beta toy with the syncro-cannon!
