It was the black redeco, MP-9B Black Rodimus Convoy, that reportedly had constantly breaking knees right off the bat:

The second run fixed them if I may add, but that's not the end of the misery. The breaking shoulders are mostly found on the Hasbro release, but I seem to remember the Takara one suffering that to a lesser extent. Can anyone verify that?
