I have pre-ordered Mp36 from Robotkingdom this evening.

I know no one cares, but I am verry happy! (and I don't know why, I have to wait al least 3 months to get Meggy).

I care and I'm happy for you too. This is a tricky release for me and I am on the fence. Its pricey and I just havent had the best of luck with MP Megs toys. I look forward to knowing your thoughts on it once you have him and if its worth getting.

It's the definitive Megatron! Hopefully the quality and craftsmanship are as high as the price they are asking....but it's going to be impressive regardless.

I love my MP Soundwave, and feel like it didn't necessarily warrant the $160 price-tag, but he just looks so good! I'm just afraid to insert and eject his tapes when they get stuck in there....

Going over some pre orders last night, I discovered that I pre ordered this, and didn't even remeber doing it. :-?

I guess at the very least I'll make some bucks re selling it.

I've always been on the edge when it comes to the Masterpiece line. I absolutely love the designs of most of them, but I always find it hard getting past that price tag. I was very close with Shockwave, but I never wound up snagging him. But once they showed us even more images of Megatron, I quickly decided to set money aside for him. He just looks too dang cool.

Well to date all we have seen is preproduction shots, even in color. My guess is that he final will be in silver.

I'm sure it'll be straight on the final figure, but keep in mind that we haven't seen a finished Megatron yet. The colored images above are of hand painted prototypes. It is a little worrisome that the barrel sits on a hinge that bends down. Hope it's secure enough to hold the weight of the silencer.
