Griffin, the owner of Australian fansite Ozformers, has attended Toyfair Australia 2015 and has posted a quick summary of what he saw and heard. Please keep in mind that the mention of release dates and exclusivity are most probably only in regards to Australian or Asian retail.

He wrote the following schedule for the Takara MP releases:

Gold bumblebeeJuly
Convoy reissue
Tracks (he states this is not MP25)
MP25 in Sept (he couldnt reveal the name of MP 25)
Two new "sports cars" for October and November

Probably another indication that these are all just rumours afterall. Remember when they said there would be a tank MP Megatron based on that pic of Gen Megs with MP 10?

Do you guys (and girls) think that they'd consider re-scaling Masterpiece Grimlock at some point to better fit in to the post MP-10 Masterpiece line?

His scale is just very puzzeling, he's way too small to fit in with MP-1 and even too small in comparisson to MP-10. I know there are the add-on pieces for him to make him slightly bigger, but do you guys think they'd ever considering just re-scaling him completely down the road?

If they do, I would think it would be waaaay down the road as many are pleased with the MP treatment he received. I think a new Grimlock mold would be a harder sell than MP-10.

Haha, but if they do, they render all the third party stuff really useless since it will no longer be in scale. Might be a smart move for hasbro.

That's a toughy. On one hand, they decided to rescale the whole line and made a brand new Convoy to fit it. You could certainly argue that Grimlock is popular enough to deserve similar treatment. We know remolding an old mold isn't out of the question (MP03/MP11) but an upsize? I'm not quite sure. It would certainly be worth their while to make a new Grim if they followed it with rest of the dino-squad.

It's just one of those things. Dinobots and Megatron would be a sure seller, why they choose what they choose is a mystery. Perhaps it has something to do with all the vehicle licensing they've had to do. Is there a time limit on being able to use such things?
