You've never said something in the heat of the moment that you later regretted and felt the need to correct?

For saying something impulsively and then owning up to it and admitting he made a mistake?

This is one of the negative aspects of the internet. We shouldn't know anything about what's going on behind the scenes in other peoples personal lives. We should only see the trailers & TV spots for Transformers 2 when the movie is ready to be released. This is none of anybody's business. Michael Bay should be able to say whatever he wants whenever he wants & none of the fanboys should know anything about it.

HD has no difference over Blu-Ray, besides Blu-Ray is over priced and over rated, just like Bay is. I have nothing against Bay, he did an awsome job with all the effects and blow-ups, but he did so much harm to Megatron and Starscream. The roach alien look never won me over. I didn't think it showed enough emotion ( besides, Bumblebee), and I know they're alien but robots are more human looking, and less ugly. Bay isn't a Transformer fan, doesn't have that "love". So for that I was so happy that he wasn't doing Transformers 2, but that's me. Anyway, I hope all is good in end.

No, for seeing the movie not coming out on Blu-Ray and him flipping out, then seeing 300 on HDDVD and saying "Ooh! Pretty!"
There's not a world of difference between HD-DVD and Blu-Ray. He's making more then enough money to really care about what format it is.

Typical Bay, I'm not gonna do your movie unless you bow down to my agenda...Yeah he's a fan [/sarcasm]
Seriously guys I no longer have the strength to constantly bash his directing of this movie and honestly I think I've crossed the bridge of being angered by it all, but I want those who are so smitten with this guy to know there are better if not more capable directors out there that wouldn't sully the Transformer name at all. (Not that bay did--I mean he did for me, but I understand the opposing opinion)..I hope it's just not a case of you guys not knowing this...Even if I were to think Bay did a great job, there are still other people out there that would do an admirable job aswell...I just think the Bay or bust mentality doesn't have to be so prevelant with those who enjoyed the movie...There are several franchises that have different directors and sometimes this enhances the overall creativity of a franchise or breaks the mold of having one guy control everything...As for Bay's words, as I said, the dude cares more about his agenda than anything else...He always has...

And does that have any relevance at all to the topic?

Nope, didn't think so.
I'm glad that Bay's on for TF2. If another drector did it, it wouldn't have that same feel as the first, which would kinda suck ass testicles.

I hope Bay co-directs with Spielberg this time around.
Or if he atleast has a better grip of the concept maybe he could try what he did with 'The Island'. It had a story that I liked.
