The Troy Meijer had their DotM display out. Didn't buy anything cuz I'm in the process of switching jobs and don't wanna get caught broke between last/first checks, but for as much as I dislike the new Bumblebee, I liked Roadbuster and Crankcase a whole lot more than I thought I would. I had to check that Crankcase was actually in the movie when I got home, as I hadn't seen pics of that toy yet.

I had to look all over the box until I confirmed with the shelf tag that the 'bigger' boxes were the tiny new Voyagers. Just Optimus and Ironhide, but ugh. So tiny. Shockwave's gonna be a dwarf.

Speaking of Shockwave, has anyone come across one yet? He's the only non-Prime/ Megatron that I'm interested in for this line.

Haven't seen any wave 2, so no Shockwave yet.

I don't think I'll be getting any of these.
Maybe a few, but they're a wee bit too small for me.

There was a pair of Shockwaves at the 14/Coolidge Meijer. Also, a Sgt. Kup. I didn't pick up anything, I'm still deciding what it is I want from DotM and I just know some of you are searching for Kup still.

They also had the Leader Bumblebee and Sentinel Prime. Definitely want Prime, but despite finally getting the arms/legs right, Bumblebee's chesty look just kills it.

I saw the Voyager Space Prime with the Comettor at the Canton Walmart on Ford road. They had about 3 or 4 of them. Nothing else new there. Canton Meijer had the new voyagers and a few cyberverse legends thingies.

Ironhide, Optimus Prime, and Megatron are Wave 1. Shockwave and Skyhammer are part of wave 2 (along with 2 more Optimus Primes in the wave 2 case). Many stores are getting both wave 1 and wave 2 products.

The Voyagers are all about the same size as they were before, maybe a tiny bit smaller, but not by much. Here's a comparison pic of DOTM Shockwave side-by-side with G1 Shockwave (which is a large figure).

just got back from MCCC a little bit ago. a little light on transformers this year. someone was selling some DotM deluxes for 20 bucks. guess he doesnt know they are going to be all over the place Monday. The only thing I was really hoping for was a warpath to finish up my generations. not a single one. *sigh*

I'll echo 'light on Transformers', though I did find things to buy! I had a comics-reading friend rec me some trades, so I've got a whole pile of reading material now.

TRU in Novi isn't worth hitting, btw, unless they re-stocked this morning.

Thurs afternoon the PoHo Kmart was resetting the action-figure aisles and had huge blank sections for TFs and a couple other summer movies(?)...

I (like a lot of people) am still looking for a Thundercracker, just in case someone happens on an extra.
