Checked out the Belleville Meijer earlier and aside from lots of keychain Bumblebees and Primes, a Speed Dial, Spy Shot, and a few other things I posted to the sightings list, there were 2 Alternators: Skids figures on the back wall (next to the door for the gardening section). They were on sale for $17.50 instead of $19.99.

yeah it's a touch on the small side, but enough of us go there that it's a semi-informal michigan meetup. currently TF heavy with a bunch of people there because of the transformers movie hype. but there are other items there as well in addition to old comics and such.

anyone here into the minimates (looks at God Magnus)? i was thinking of picking up the iron man ones and wondered how painful that would be. where's a good spot to get oldies?

eBay, http://www.stuckakid.com/ and http://www.cornerstorecomics.com/ seem to be the best place to buy older stuff. Also, you could check out the Have/Want thread in the Flea Market at http://www.minimatemultiverse.com/. The older two-packs generally go for about $10 with the variant packs going for a bit more.
Comic Con exclusive Iron Man set on eBay. Usually hits about $30, I think.
EDIT: Actually, screw that eBay auction. I just checked and conerstorecomics has that set up for $9.99.

Cool, I actually had a haul today, no TFs though.
At the Taylor WM I got the rest of the Wave 2 Legendary Comic Heroes, now I can build a Monkey Man! The only one left was Judge Death. Nothing else of note except a few Joe 25th 5-packs.
(I'm looking for the Death variant, and I humbly request my buddies to keep an eye out.)
The DB TRU is pretty well-stocked, but still no new RGs, Deluxes, Voyagers, but they had Starsream, Ironhide, and Ratchet. Several Leader Brawls, Robot Heroes, Legends 5 packs.
Also at least 4 WW TIT Op/Meg sets, 2 Soundwaves.
Still some Cyb Deluxes and Scouts, 2 D. Crumplezone, and 4 Primus.
The also had 1 Classics Jetfire, 4 Primes, and 2 each Cliffjumper/Mirage.
Also plenty of GI Joe Sig 6/8inch, from the Grand Slam wave up, also the green cap Commandoes. No red cap Commandoes, but plenty of everything else, including Combat Squad Wave 1 and Adventure Teams.
As for what I got there, I found Galactic Hunt MacQuarrie Chewbacca, and Animated Boba Fett! I'm still on the lookout for MacQuarrie Vader, and CZ-4.
I'm willing to trade even the GH M. Chewbacca, but the Boba is mine!

Had I known you were looking I would have grabbed you one. The Walmart in woodhaven had about 3 when I grabbed mine. I'm sure they still had some, go to the clearence area someone had t2 of them stashed there if t hey aren't on the display. I was able to grab him and a variant Savage Dragon. I was also able to grab a Galactic hunt Chewie and Animated Boba. Would love to trade the GH Chewie for a McQuarie Boba even if it's just a regular version.
