I did get my shipment from BBTS yesterday though. I got 6" WWI Megatron, 6" G1 Ultra Magnus, Revoltech Optimus Prime and Revoltech Ultra Magnus.
TFCC Airazor and Astrotrain came today. The boxes are amazing!

Thanks to the suggestions from nooB and PorQPine, I was able to score me a Titanium Rodimus Prime at the Lansing K-Mart aka Big K. For those who are looking, I also found there a Cybertron Mudflap and Menasor, as well as a Titanium WWI Starscream. They are all still there though it should be noted that the Menasor package is beat the F out of. So buy at your own risk.
On that same note, the lady at the checkout asked me if I wanted a warranty for Rodimus.... Dubbya Tee Eff? I mean seriously... a warranty for a toy. I know it's metal and I can bust someones cranium with it but a warranty?
(Vote to have our own forum on here!)
Anyways peace out!

Just got done giving my new G1 Shockwave some better feet. There was some pretty bad oxidization of the metal toes in the one that I just bought. So I took the nice ones from by beat-up version and pulled the ol' swaperoo. Now he's simply immaculate.
So I got my TITs WW Megatron and Magnus today, I'm impressed with both, but I don't have a fav just yet. Megatron is sweet in his bot mode, and his alt mode is suprisingly convincing, very solid overall.
I was suprised at the size of Magnus when I first saw him in the box...he's huge!! Both modes are acceptable with a fun transformation, just not quite as solid as Megatron overall. Still a very nice version of our favorite soldier-to-the-circiuts city commander. A darker blue would have been nice, but, hey, he's still copesetic.
I'll join in on the people saying that the TIT line is improving, both in articulation and transformation, and I highly recommend both of them.
Anyone notice on the new product checklist, the movie figs are getting 3in versions?

That's what I was wondering. I would think that you should be able to independently be able to order them. Anyone know the Chocolate Robot guys to ask them?

Or you can buy a case from BBTS of some things (like Alts)... And the cases of new items are not usually that much more pricey than a brick and mortar store...at least that's what I tell myself.
C'mon Andrew, you know Megatron is the better of the two...
I can't believe what a change was made from skinny, legs fall off, box tank GI Joe Megatron to the tough looking, solid, decent alt mode, mulitple weapon sporting brute that is TIT WAR WITHIN MEGATRON.
I think it is about time Megatron got a worthy figure with good articulation.
Andrew how were the paint apps. to your UMagnus' head? Sloppy and incomplete, or well done??? I also find UM's legs to be a bit wonky, but you are right his sixe is really cool, which is nice to know they retained the idea that he was larger than most normal bots.

Maybe I'm just too picky. I told you I had inflated expectations anyway.

yeah that works, but i think rodimus wanted to get stuff even cheaper. does bbts do cases for things like that? i mean if we're after htf stuff, each of us would have to order a case and then there's really no point anymore.
how is the transformation for megatron. from the pictures it looks like he just falls over.

http://www.entertaimentearth.com actually isn't that badly priced, either. But I've never dealt with them so I have no idea what kind of services they offer, how their shipping works, etc.
I buy cases all the time at BBTS, and by the time you factor in tax, time, hassle, and gas money, I'd easily say they I'm paying no more than retail. I've actually been ordering more and more online, simply because I'm burnt out on hunting, and retailers are going down the toilet in just about every aspect of their existence.
TT I do think that Megatron is better, but I think that I was suprised more a Magnus due to his size and characterization. The paint apps on mine are good for the most part, but there there is a little blue smudge under his left eye. You can't see it unless you look closely.

I did give up on finding 6" titaniums retail though, usually when I find them it's been a good month+ after I got them from BBTS.

JTK, does you GF also collect something? or do you guys share the collection.
She used to collect dolls but they were all destroyed in a freak moving accident a year ago. Now she just hunts with me. I'm trying to get here interested in starting a new collection of something (not sure what) though

Well, he was great as Agent Smith..
"Mr. Anderson"
And I do think he can act well, he's not going to bring drones of people though, so I assume that they'll get some other pretty big names for Jazz, Starsream, et al.
I think I would like to hear Will Smith play Jazz. I'm trying to think who could pull it off, and I think he could work, and he would add more 'star' quality to the movie. Not Dave Chappelle, Not Vanilla Ice, not Chris Rock... I don't know.
It is too bad that Cullen/Welker cannot get together for the new movie too. I'm sure it has to do with it being 'the biz', and $$$. I can picture the G1 Megatron coming in from an alernate reality with Welker's voice and blowing this sharp-toothed weak@$$ frozen by ice Megs into oblivion.

God Magnus wrote:So, my first adventure of ordering from chocolate-robot.com has finally come to a close. A few weeks ago, I ordered a Masterpiece Starscream from their site since they weren't at the last con. Two weeks and three e-mails later, I finally got a reply. Apparently, from what they told me, someone had broken into their accounts and had changed all their passwords. Once they had that all resolved, they finally got back to me and apologized for the delay and said that they were going to send the Masterpiece Starscream right away. Also, they said they were going to send along a free figure to make up for the troubles. Well, I got my package today. The free figure? Binaltech Tracks. Pretty cool of them, huh?
That's not a bad free figure. Was it yellow or blue??
