where are you? A little disappointed that I couldn't get the 2 new leaders at buy 1 get 1 50%....but overall pretty happy with all the new ones that I got....aerialbots are pretty subpar though....

Looks like most of us agree that the PCC 5-packs are disappointing. And here I thought a lesson about combiner drones was learned after the whole Energon Prime debacle. At any rate, I'll at least pick up a couple of the 2-packs before I decide whether or not I want to continue with the line.

Matt, thank you for the Botcon report. It'll be nice to see you back at Xtravacon again.

Xtravacon is a small, mostly monthly comic convention held at a Knights of Columbus hall in Livonia. Some of us have tables and sell stuff and it also serves as something of a meet-up with us Michiganders.

I actually feel like a TF collector again, having snatched up much of the new stuff, including Leader Starscream yesterday at the AA TRU.

He's a ridiculously nice figure. Can't wait for the MP version.

The PCCs are hit or miss. The Aerialbot set is unimpressive, but the 2-pack figures are very cool. I guess I'm just happy that $10 TFs are back, in one shape or form.

Seaspray rocks, and so do the WFC Generations figs.

I have decided to start trimming so over the next weeks, I am going to be redoing the toy room, and digging through and re-organizing our storage space.

If I find enough stuff, I will attempt another table at a future Extravacon, and have some sort of liquidation sale... of the things I don't need any longer.

Found the PCC Scout/minicon 2-packs at the Livonia TRU tonight.

They had the new Leader Prime, and a good amount of DCU, including a Mary Batson variant and regular.

Also, they had some of the new Star Wars figs in the new packaging, and had the new Star Wars ESB Vintage Series which have the offer to send in for a rocket firing missile backpack Boba Fett fig. I grabbed a Dack, and Echo Base Han.

FOund the GI JOE POC new HISS, and Wolfhound at Meijer in Westland. Only one of each on shelf, now only one Wolfhound...

Those aren't supposed to be out til August. Madison Heights had a couple starfighters out I don't think they were supposed to. That mostly looks like a repackaging job, though.
I've got dibs on the Hoth Leia so I can complete my Legacy Millennium Falcon cockpit crew. Got my 3PO, Chewie and Bespin Han already set, just been waiting for a new Leia figure.

I do like the look of them, new figures on vintage cards, but I haven't been collecting SW figures much. That's a game that just doesn't end..

Currently, HA Barricade and Leader Starscream are my primary targets. I'd been hoping for 'Cade to go on sale, but no such luck. Only way I'm getting the Twins is on clearance. Do we know when Jazz is supposed to come out?

pontiac/telegraph tru has replenished their supplies...got starscream, bumblebee, jetblade and ironhide today. They have more iron, jet, 3 pcc 5 packs, 1 of each pcc's and a couple primes.....no more starscream though...only one. no seaspray

Hmm, I'm not sure how far it is, but if you keep driving down Telgraph to my store, there were some minimal restocks of the new wave at Southfield. The Voyagers (including a couple Seasprays), a couple combiners and a Starscream & Prime. Though, you won't find the Starscream cuz it's in the reserved section til my next check clears.

Sounds like you're already committed....hard to change someones mind once it's committed.
I hated the deluxe starscream and had a really hard time accepting him in his current form...but, they really did a good job of offsetting the awkwardness of his shape and just made the whole thing work and look really nice...but essentially he is still the same starscream and nothing like g1.

Still nothing new in Battle Creek, but I did get ROTF Bludgeon for only $13 at Target so it wasn't a complete loss.

Just curious, but what else should I know about xtravacon?

I have a lot that I want to just get rid of at low, low prices, and some newer stuff, not quite as price friendly.

Wow, Sunday's Xtravacon is shaping up to be the TF social event of the summer! San Francisco is great, but is a virtual wasteland for TFs. There is a comic/toy shop that carries deluxe figs for $18 and voyagers for $32, so I'll have to be patient.

Expensive Transformers day for me yesterday, haha. I got HA Barricade and Leader Starscream. I got home from work late and going in again soon, so I've only had time to open them and take a quick look. They're pretty. Part of me wishes Starscream had the paint job from TF1, but that's not really a big deal. The tattoos are cool too.

The paint job on 'Cade is amazing. Very clean. The "To Punish & Enslave" looks awesome and I remember checking out the headlights, how much it felt like one of the frontal close-ups in the film. Can't wait to have time to transform them. Can't rush these things. =P

Hate to disappoint (yeah, I'm sure you guys will be disappointed:) ), but I am not going to have a table or be at Extravacon tomorrow.

Too much to do before to get ready. I believe I will try for the end of August. Then Joe can get his stuff, and Andrew can get his stuff.

I also think I will have two TFCC Universe/Classics Punch/Counterpunch to sell then too.

But I need to get organized, so...won't see you all, which I am sorry for.

Well, that was fun.
I didn't stay long, but I got a good haul:

RoTF Skystalker: I looked for him for too long, and was glad to pay double to end the search. This guy is awesome!
Universe Hotshot: Dunno why I wanted him, but he was there for 10 bucks, so I got him.
Revoltech Convoy: Love my Eva revoltechs, so this was an obvious next step. Glad I got him for a decent price.
Movie Leader Brawl: Didn't get him at the show, but at the Kmart on the way there. I thought that there was no way it could be him.

You guys see this?

All I can say is... I hope it's sold separately. In Leader scale.
