For those of you who skipped Xtravacon today (which by my count would be all of you aside from Jacob P. Galvatron(who, apparently, is shy and didn't try to find me)) you didn't miss much. It was dead today both in dealers (they were practically begging me to spread my stuff onto an extra table) and in customers. I did very well, considering, and walked out with much more than I expected.

There were a couple new guys selling G1 stuff. One guy had really good prices and everything was meticulously organized. The other guy had okay prices but all his G1 stuff was dumped in a bin. He also had a complete book-style reissue collection. His prices on those weren't so great and he didn't sell a single one.

Hot-off-the-truck deals were available again. The rumor I heard floating around today was that the guy is in prison. His wife was running the table with a baby and a toddler in tow with all the same stuff she had four months ago so I'm not sure how much I doubt the rumor. I bought the Universe Countdown she had for $20. I'm just sick of waiting for TRU to clearance the damn things.

Anyway, I guess I'll see more of you at the August show. Till then...

Ooh! The TRU Buy 1 Get 1 50% off is back on this week! All Hasbro stuff this time. Neat! Time to go blow some profits, I guess.

So yeah, this last month has been interesting. I got some long sought after TF's I have been tracking down, and I had me a mini stroke. I swear to Primus, if I am killed off before War for Cybertron DLC I will haunt someones Ultra Magnus. :MR-T:
Welp all funny aside, aparently it was due to my severe migraine, or so my doctor said. But I seem to be none the worse for wear, other than a 4% drop in reaction time. (Thats just a random low number thrown out there to make the poster sound more intelligent than he really is....) But lets not worry bout me. I am made of sterner stuff, its called Junk. ;)

Next on my hunt list. New Animated Stuffs.

I'm pretty regular...at least over the last year, but I have family in town and with all my new grabs last week, I felt it was okay to pass up. it was also way too soon compared to the last one...I had a feeling there wasn't going to be much there....anyway, I will try and make it next time. great news about tru....I hope to find another leader starscream and will probably pick up an extra wfc bumble and prime..maybe some of that extra animated stuff they got laying around too...we shall see. on the flip side, wonder when dcuc wave 14 will finally make it to walmart and can't wait for the dc direct arkham asylum figures coming out next year. Picked up the marvel select thing the other day too...he is like a giant rock...pun intended..take it easy all

i stopped up there with a buddy of mine looking for generations figs but only saw one dealer with the WFC optimus and Bbee. one dealer had some cool old MASK toys and another had some old TMNT books at reDONKulous prices, but didnt see anything that seperated any cash from my wallet. maybe in august if i don't find thrust and drift by then.

For anyone still looking for voyager Mindwipe, the Livonia (Haggerty Rd.) Target had a half dozen (not on sale though). Everything else was cleared off the pegs. Hopefully prep for the new line :-?

We can only hope. I had to squeeze room for the new line at my TRU. We didn't even have warning, it was just "hey, more Transformers to put out today". I opened them, and lo and behold, a whole new line that I suddenly had no shelf space for.

Though, don't get me wrong. I had fun.

TFW is running super slow, so I'll just post over here...

The Kohl's on Haggerty had the new Generations figures and the HFTD scouts. I picked up Brimstone, Drift and Thrust. They had a million of the scouts, but only 2 of each of the gen's. There's 1 Thrust and Drift remaining, as well a prime and BB. The remaining Drift's package was in pretty rough shape. The bubble was dented and partially removed, then taped back on the card. The figure looked no worse for the wear, though. There was also a Leader Starscream at the 7 mile TRU as of noon.

I'm shopped out until HA Jazz or fancy pants Bumblebee shows up. I also still would really like an HA Mudflap, but I think I missed the boat on that one.

Thanks for the info. Thus of us looking for Drift, will have to start looking at our local Kohl's too.

I checked the Kohl's in Ann Arbor, they didn't have anything new. The Kohls in Canton on Michigan Ave had all of the new hunt for the decepticons deluxes and scouts. no generation figures. Looks like Target is clearancing out everything.

Went looking specifically for Drift yesterday.

Of interest to others that I found:

New HFTD Scouts (Kohl's- Westland Mall)
NEw HFTD Deluxes (same)
Leader HFTD/ROTF Starscream (TRU Livonia)
New HFTD Voyagers 'To be opened' (TRU Westland)

WFC Prime and BBee at Kohl's in Livonia on 7 mi and Haggerty.

Just bit the bullet and ordered Seaspray and Drift from HTS.com.

TFWHO?.. Seriously though, thanks for the tip. I forget about some of the other locations to check...anywho, picked up drift and thrust (last ones) at kohls near great lakes and the scouts...

Thanks for the Kohl's tip. I checked out the Woodhaven location. No generations, though. Just HFTD deluxes and scouts. Heading down to Monroe to see if that turns up anything.

Happy Hunting

hit the macomb mall kohls this morning. scored Thrust and Drift and left 2 cybretronian bumblebees and one optimus. they also had the newer assortment of movie figs(ravage, ironhide, bumblebee) but at 15.99 each i stuck with the stuff i absolutely had to have.

Nothing of note at any of the Kohl's in the downriver area. I did manage to take full advantage of the buy one get one 1/2 off at Toysrus with the star wars vintage line. Snagged four and when i came back a few hours later, the pegs were empty. Oh well...let's see what this next week holds

was at the Lapeer Kohls and saw the new scout class figs. havent seen any of them in the area so i figured I'd pick em up. when i got to the check out, they were 11 bucks a piece! for a scout! I think I'll wait till they come to a place where they are more realisticly priced.

I found Drift at the Kohls behind Woodland Mall on 28th street in Grand Rapids. It was the only one. The only other Generations figures were two WFC Primes. Just new movie deluxes that the Kohls in Rivertown and the TRU on 28th.

Drift was $14.99, but I was tired of looking for him and it's only $2 more than any other place most likely.
