Cover A sure makes him look menacing and slightly off his rocker.
Cover B is all about the pure Power.

Could those creatures Galvy encounters be predecessors to the Quintessons? They have a similar body and facial structure, stick 5 of them together...

Anybody could say why every page on the IDW page is loading so cursed slow?
By the way, I have a deja vu on the G1 comic.

And as it seems, the IDW took a remodelling on Galvatron too. What are those on his arms? Wings?

glad to here the pages loading slow wasnt happing to just me are these spotlights one shots.? im waiting for tradepaper back thought these spotlight issues would introduce the origins of these characters.?

interesting to say the least. I know that some of the characters have been used in their g1 designs by idw, but the pretenders havent even been touched on yet, and starscream dont look anything like that. God why must my comics shop be on the bottom of the shipping list.....

Maybe he was in his Pretender shell. If you look close enough, the regular Starscream is blasting at Galvatron w/his Null Rays near the bottom of the cover.

yeah, but that still isnt the IDW starscream. And besides, he is still on earth, that cover looks like its on quintessa or sumthing like that. And that still does not explain why the pretender shell is in the idw universe, unless megs has screamer rebuilt like that after blasting the crap out of him in infiltration.

When IDW let out the image of that cover back in january, the artist (Alex Milne i believe)said that the cover was a homage to Galvatron, not contextual for the idw verse. A lot of people were saying WTF when they saw Unicron's head in the background all of two days after Ryall and Simon promised no unicron in Idw. Though i must say i wouldn't mind another Galvatron vs the universe fight. Time wars was sweet indeed.
