Buzzsaw has more feats when it comes to attacking. Laserbeak was more of a spy.

Buzzsaw is more intelligent and has a very sharp beak.

Laserbeak (despite the name) relies on lasers not a beak. He actually has greater firepower but loses it when his laser rubies burn out. He's paranoid about that.

I think that Buzzsaw would win because Laserbeak is a massive coward, always flying away from danger.
