Yes, Slag is confirmed to have die-cast. Djanni (sp?), FanToys employee, referenced die-cast at TFW in Swoop as well (not sure how much or where it will be).

$200 may seem steep but it's on par for MP's of this size. MP22 is $280. If the quality is good, the articulation is excellent, and the aesthetics remain the same throughout the line - I will be going with FT Dinos.

Regarding the color version - I am leaning towards the red Swoop. I have been reading the comics and red seems to stick in my mind more. I just wish they would more gold like the blue version.

Thanks for confirming they have diecast parts.

If someone KO's all of these and sells them for Half Price. Then i'll buy them,If not,no big loss.

To me fanstoys has a pretty good reputation with most of their products eg. Quakewave. So I'm going to invest in their dinobots and have an entire squad of dinobots towering over the rest of my mp autobots and decepticons, at least until Ultra Magnus arrives. But for Pete's sake can we get scoria already.

Extra parts to those who prefers red sword/transparent G1-ish beak, I assume. Much like what they did with the red/silver faces in Scoria.

If they had the clear replacement parts for Scoria, I would probably have bought him.

It is one of the features of the Dinobots I really love.

Looks nice. I'd like to see it compared to the BullsFire Swoop though.

Also, why are they doing a Grimlock? We already have a perfectly decent MP Grimlock. If it's the size, why didn't they make Scoria in scale with MP Grimlock to begin with?

has there been any news about why he has been pushed back so far? i believe his original release date was august or september.
