I'll go Overlord. I just feel that he'll have the edge in speed in this battle.

Hm, well the thing that bugs me is...PredaKing was only awesome in his bio, he never was really victorious in any of the old continuities I think.
On the other hand, I know very little of OverLord, I looked up a fight scene about him, it didn't look like he was too amazing either.

They both seem to have average intelligence at least, Predaking's probably a little bigger and stronger(story wise at least) while OverLord would be quicker and would probably use his multiple modes to his advantage.

I think I'll side with OverLord though, they're armed about the same but Predaking's advantage is his size and strength while OverLord can go either way.

Predaking is hardly bigger than Overlord and don't forget Overlord is a Godmaster.

I don't really know...anything about GodMasters, at all.
Though Combiners were generally just huge despite the toys so I was going off of that.

And one TFwiki search later...

So OverLord in MasterForce is 2 humans in a giant suit...in that case, I give it to Predaking instead.
Predaking is supposed to have normal intelligence instead of normal dim-witted Combiner intelligence.
2 humans are not smarter than the average TransFormer is and Mega and Giga would face problems working together since they aren't one person.

But I only skimmed the article to get the basics so there's still a lot of room for debate.

I agree with a "true" TF having an advantage over a human+transtector combo, but as far as Giga and Mega having problems, that's probably not gonna happen. They were a seamless fighting unit whenever they got together, so that probably won't happen.

I think in the end Predaking would win, but Overlord is very strong. Ginrai needed all the help he could get to fight him. But predaking is just massively powerful and has awesome firepower.

Ah ok, I don't really know alot about the Japanese serieses, all I know of OverLord is from one fight scene and he missed almost every shot.

Overlord, he's rather overpowered.

Predaking has only won one fight ever (against Bruticus in the DW comics). He doesn't really deserve his reputation as the ultimate Decepticon gestalt.

Got to agree with the bold there, I'm more of a Bruticus fan anyways, he actually accomplished stuff!

Though, why exactly is OverLord smarter? PredaKing is supposed(but he never wins so..) to have normal TransFormer intelligence which would put him far beyond two humans.

he was the leader of the decepticons on earth and if you look at the idw books he had some brains to take over the prison besides ive never seen predaking portrayed as having any brains next to devistator ok but other than that cant think of any thing

IDW OverLord's basically a different character with his own mind, personality, and no humans.
PredaKing's intelligence is mainly said in his bio, none of his incarnations did him justice though.

From what I hear, MasterForce OverLord wasn't even alive, just a suit used by Mega and Giga.

Looking at G1 Overlord's toy tech specs, there's a major discrepancy. In Japan, he has nearly a maximum score on everything. In Europe, he has low scores on intelligence, speed and skill. Maybe he would beat Predaking in Japan but not in Europe?!

Also, we have to consider the writer. Some make Overlord a world-destroying over-achiever with magic armour (that would be way too heavy in reality). Others wouldn't give him such special abilities. In the latter case, Predaking has a much better chance of victory.

In any case, the real loser in an O vs. P fight would be the surroundings! Marvel's Damage Control company would have to be employed afterwards.
