When will Hasbro learn the more G1 accurate paint apps the better it will sell.I want this fig,but I wanna see what Henkei does with it before I commit to Hasbros version.If the past holds true I will be buying the Henkei version.

I'm still considering buying this. I actually have no complaints about it at all. I own Prowl, passed on Silverstreak cause they just weren't different enough for me. I will say that Silverstreak's car mode looks fantastic. As for Smokescreen here, the jury's still out. He looks great to me, but I'm not sure it's worth buying a repaint of a mold I already own as a character I'm not concerned with.

Yep the red forearms do look a bit too much white would have been better. I can look past that though. I can't look passed the silly looking red gun or the horrible yellow on the knees. What is cool though is that he's coloured like the Dutch flag.

He looks nice. As often as I've broken my old promise to my wallet of "I will not buy repaints" I think this time I'll pass.

Very nice repaint but i will wait for Takara and their Henkei line.
That red gun, yellow paint and the color of the windows don't match very well. Takara will definatly do better.

I like the shade of blue that Hasbro has used, looks better than the original IMO.

I'm certainly looking forward to getting this guy. Like the seekers and Ratchet/Ironhide, this is one case where repaints are allowed

I don't know why everyone is looking forward to the Henkei version. For both Prowl and Silverstreak they didn't do much more than throw some chrome on the spoiler and weapons. I hope Smokescreen will be different but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

i agree.

i actually like the figure, so i might change my mind when i see it in the store. i don't know.
