I quite agree. Prime is really too small, too bulky in the wrong areas, and just doesn't feel very good. I think it could look alright for a cybertronian mode Ultra Magnus. I think Seibertron's comment about the G1 Prime looking more human with the windows representing pecs and the grill looking like abs is right on. This one just doesn't look right, even in the game.
Jazz was a dissapointment to me too. The legs look to small and spindly for his upper body.
Shockwave was definitely the best in this series, in my opinion. I still fiddle with him and am considering a second one for my son.
Pickings around the Northwest metro area have been better lately. I've seen the driller and Wheeljack ship playsets. Optimus Maximus is in several stores (I'm hoping for him to go on clearance so I can paint him up as a Prime Metroplex.) Lots of botshots, which I don't care about. Yet, still no vehicon...
For right now, I'm eagerly awaiting my Kabaya Fort Max. I'm too poor to buy a G1 on eBay or if they do an Encore. He looks like a lot of fun.

Hrm....I don't get down there much these days. I think there's a Toys R Us over in Burnsville, but I haven't been there since I bought my daughter's bicycle 2 years ago. There's a SuperTarget on Cedar and Hwy 50 in Apple Valley that I've had some good luck with, but I haven't been hunting there since Christmas. If you come through the north side of the cities on the way, the Brooklyn Center Target's been restocked lately, except for deluxe RID Prime, unless you want to help me out and buy the 9 Bumblebees that have been there the last 6-8 weeks.
Happy hunting!

Back on topic for me. Well my haul from my trip to Lakeville won't be posted until next monday night, because I'm headed back down to Lakeville this weekend for my dads friends 50th bday. All I can say is that I got some new, old, tfs at a garage sale when I was down there.
Until then good hunting.

I think it might be because you didn't help me out and buy those 9 Bumblebees at the Target on my way to work, so I'll just blame you.
Garage sales can be even more lucrative than store hunting these days. I'm curious to see what you found.
Until then, I'll wait with baited breath for my BBTS orders and hope Hasbro will still find a way to release the First Editions.

Now the stuff I saw but didn't get : all of the new cyberverse stuff that was found this weekend at forest lake and pinecity walmarts. The Skyquake looks awesome.
Things I got that aren't tf related: glow in the dark batman tshirt, ghostrider tshirt, Sonic the hedgehog comic and 2 figures pack with shadow and silver, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Tru exclusive Ezio figure(which I highly recommend if you like the games)
Now the transformers that I bought at a garage sale. On my way back home my family stopped at a garage sale. In the back of the garage was a box full of loose tfs. I found something with gold crhome. I pull it out and it's a transmetal waspinator missing every limb and had a cracked wing. I dug around for a half hour and I found everything for the figure. While walking to a table pay for waspinator I found another box full of unopened tfs. All were movie toys that I already had or didn't want except for one. The one was beast wars transmetal walmart edition rattrap. Also I ordered a replacement wing off of eBay and it arrived last Friday.
So total of all my purchases my trips was $62.
Total for tfs $8.
Now to wait for Prime deluxe wave 5. I want Kup and rumble, a lot!

Is the one near Northtown closed too? I know the one in New Hope finally bucked the kicket. The only other one that I can think of off the top of my head is in White Bear Lake.
