I simply feel posts complaining about how long a person waits for a product they wouldn't likely get anywhere other than through a 3rd party to be immature. Even more so when the waiting is usually due to improving the figure.

You want your Predaking now? Go sink your cash into UniqueToys version... You want a quality Predaking? Exercise some patience and save up while you wait for MMC/TFC to do their thing.

I think your missing the point man or reading the posts with malicious intent that isn't there. No one is saying that it isn't worth the wait with MMC or we must have the product now. We are just simply stating that MMC has a pattern of delaying products multiple times. I think it would be beneficial to them to just wait a little longer before putting up preorders initially so that a scheduled release date isn't put up and changes 3 to 4 times.

Better be safe than sorry, right? Don't think any of us here want to dish out $50 for 'upgrades' like the way TFC does it

We sometimes find out about the offerings of 3p stuff, long, long, long before we do from a regular source like Hasbro or Takara.

A lot of times they will do it to judge the interest in the project before they spring for tooling, or to gauge the reception to specific designs. MMC's Divebomb got a massive overhaul after it was first shown if you recall.

HasTak have pretty long design lead times as well, but we usually don't have any idea about the start of the projects.

I was only messing I agree that MMC handle delays better than most. As long as I am kept informed I don't mind delays too much. They seem to have valid reasons so it's all good. The companies that go quiet and pretend you don't exist after you have pre-ordered are the ones who annoy me

Well, if that is the case and I'm misreading the tone of the posts than I wholeheartedly apologize. In the spirit of trying to remain neutral while illustrating a point... I'll take back what I said and replace it with this simple statement...

It might be because Arcee is a general release to retailers, and I believe the rest are PSX exclusives that will have production only match the preorder quantities. I cannot say for sure; this is just a guess.

Ohhhhh didn't realize the others would not be at retailers. That's interesting considering I think the other fembots will sell better since they don't have Has/Tak competition.

I don't think people will bother going through PSX once Hasbro's Arcee is available, so I imagine MMC wants to make sure that that particular anchor figure has wider exposure.

MMC must figure people will jump through hoops to get to the other fembots, and are thus willing to drive demand to PSX.

I wouldn't take those dates as gospel if I were you, MMC announced another delay for Talon and Tigris a week or two back on TFW. Can't remember for sure, but it should be June and August now

I could use a delay on Talon and Tigris, I've had a reduction in my work hours this year and I might have to cancel my Leo Dux preorder to pay for more important stuff.

Looks like MMC's site has a placeholder pre-order (link has Talon on the URL lol) for

Tigris $95 for August (so no EB special as of right now).
