Rex is most definitely the Alpha of all the Predacons. At first I thought the TFC version would be the one to look for but MMC has clearly killed it! and that damn sword is soooooo sick!!! when I watched Peaugh put that **** together, I knew then it would be my Predaking. I was literally rolling on the floor in amazement. I don't wanna fuel rumors.... (yes I do! lol) but I hear there maybe another 3rd part Megatron effort in the works. I would love to see it next to a complete Rex! by the way, anyone seen updated release dates for the rest of the Rex-Preds?

People are getting shipping notices from PSX MMC's storefront. So ones to assume that BBTS and all the other retailers are getting theirs shipped as well.

I will admit, when I get Razorclaw he'll be transformed into combiner mode and, well, combined with Tantrum and Headstrong. So my Predaking is gonna look pretty funny for a bit.

It was Jan 2013 when we got the first preorders for Talon. I know a lot of redesign and work went into this set. I'm loving the first two, but yeah I'm gonna have fun when Leo Dux gets here.

One thing I like about the slow releases is I get to enjoy many of the team members as individual bots before they get stuck in combined mode forever (mostly for space consideration)

So, for me, Leo will be in bot mode for a while.

I just saw that preorder, too - a bit bummed that Tigris was delayed to September, but at least we have dates & preorders for each of the team members now.

6 months away.. that's pretty crazy. so 1 year and 9 months from when the first preorder went up till September.

Although they don't delay their products much? I haven't brought TFC since Herc and he came out in 6 months (I think it started in September finished right before Chinese new years)

I'd be a bit worried if I were TFC. With Leo Dux shipping soon, people will probably (hopefully) be quite happy with a standing, albeit armless, Feral Rex.

Of all the 3rd party combiners, I would say the sequence in which MMC has been releasing members of their Feral Cons has been the most coherent. I never understood why companies released arms first, or another sequence that doesn't allow you to stand the gestalt up until the very end (i.e. M3). With Feral Rex, we are literally able to build him from the ground up.

LOL I can't believe people are actually going to combine him armless. Doesn't it look a bit ridiculous? I will combine mine when they all come in until than I'll just have it in bot mode or mess with it a bit, it'll be the only time I'll have to do so cause once everything is here I'll doubt I'll ever uncombined the team. I never took FP BRUT after I combined it. Never took FP Menasor, Green Giant came combine and I never even touched it =X (pure laziness on my part I kind of want to do it eventually just to see the bots, (for all I know one of my bots don't have a head... **** now this is going to bother me...) I uncombined my Herc once cause it was easy haha simple transformations FTW

I'm going to combine the 3 'cons just to get a sense of overall height compared to Herc & M3. I doubt I'll leave them that way. Their bot modes are just too good.

You gotta remember that with MMC there will be a 5-team set and an additional full figure that can integrate with Predaking if you want it to.

With TFC, there's the 5-team set, and an addon kit that contains all the stuff that should've been in the original 5-team set.

Okay, my initial plan was to ship all three of them at the same time. Now since this goes to September, I cannot put Razorclaw in POL for that long (6 month rule) if he really comes in in March. Oh well.......

The clock resets each time something new falls into your POL, and it auto ships if you haven't added anything to it in 6 months. Talon will be releasing at some point between Leo Dux and Tigris, so you can still have them all in your POL before you ship.

Not quite. They do ask that you ship after the first item has been held for 180 days. I got a notification last year when I had not shipped in a while; was waiting for something to drop. But many other items HAD been added during that time.

I try to ship quarterly. That gives me maximum PoL shipping savings while still getting me stuff in a reasonable amount of time.

Preordered. Ah, now my fifth neo-G1 combiner shall hopefully soon be complete!

As for combining him armless, it simply takes up less shelf space that way for me. I'll play with him a bit, but Razorclaw will be torso/head mode before Divebomb processes, methinks.

Cant wait to finally get Feral Rex together on my shelves. He will be my biggest baddesr combiner and probally give Uranus a pounding !!!
