I just realized today that I don't recall hearing ANY form of the Transformers theme song in either movie. Am I wrong? No offense to Linkin Logs I mean park, but they could of done better...

Directly not, but there were some variations on the theme made for the movies (well, all of them were bad, and probably didn't make it to the movie):
Black Lab version
Unknown version - this was in the IMax version
From now on, these are the worst versions:

Cheap Trick "Transfarmers" - RotF

Don't throw stones or anything, but I like the Black lab version. When I hear that version I think of Optimus getting his butt kicked really really bad then......all of a sudden ...well you know...
Other versions....no thanks.
