I was looking over my MP megs today and i noticed 2 pegs that swing out from the end of the scope. What are these for?

Just like Prime getting a trailer, they will probably re-release Megatron with his missing pieces and that will probably be used for one of them.

I hope they don't do it that way cause i payed way too much for my MP Megatron even though it was worth it. I may just want whatever extra parts they intend to put out.

only 'missing parts' I can think of are the stock and silencer... but there's word out there about another company making a set of those... :-?

The origanal Megatron had those too... Despite owning the origanal G1 Megatron (well a reissue of) I am as clueless as to their reason as everybody else.

At least on my reissue they're not parralel placed like they are on MP05.

I think that a real Walther P-38 has those on the scope too. Perhaps it's to add a touch more realism?

Personally I can't see the need to release a 'perfect' edition Megatron as the scope and stock.

Just a thought but couldnt they be where the scope covers would be attached. If you wanted to place a filter or dust cap over the front lense of the scope they might be clipped onto those sticky out bits?
