MX-00 vs Hasbro's Unicron

How does the QC compare between Takara's MX-00 and Hasbro's Armada Unicron?

I haven't noticed any difference in quality.

I don't know. I have the Takara version MISB and a Hasbro Energon version, plus pictures I've seen of Hasbro. Colour aside, I don't see any difference except for the packaging.

The quality is the same. As was stated the paint applications on the face are different, as is one has blue circles under his chest flaps and the other has red (I don't remember which was which). Also, the orange on the Takara version is more yellow than the Hasbro orange.
