I hated that Titanium Megatron (pictured above, the GIJoe one).
No toy should fall apart like that, especially a Transformer. I don't mind an occasional door coming off an alternator figure (although it still irks me), but there was just no excuse for that disasterpeice of a toy. I promptly sold mine on eBay and funny enough, someone bid it up to higher than I actually paid for the figure so I made money off it.
