From Hasbro, yes. but the Club is to give us stuff that Hasbro won't give us. We always get Optimuses and Megatrons that they've become so commonplace that the Club just making one more would be redundant and pointless.Siger wrote:Sabrblade wrote:I would be royally disappointed if it just turned out to be someone as mainstream and regular as Megatron.Siger wrote:Hopefully Megatron? Haven't had a decent one in a long time. Yes, the legends version was pretty good but we need at least a good voyager. No movie Mega-piece-of-messy-crap!
Logically, this character would make sense to be one of the knights, since all the pirates will likely me Squadron X characters, that would leave the knights to have this more known character within its ranks.
Well I don't even know one of the knights so that "Everyone knows him" part would be kinda misleading. What's wrong with another Megs? They are releasing 10 Optimuses a year and no one complains.

(A) It's a character that already has a figure (that needs to be "UPDATED"), not a character that's never had a figure.
(B) It's a well-known and popular character that EVERYONE know. Not some lesser-known character that is well-known among hardcore fans and collectors, but a character that is well-known among ALL Transformer fans.
That would rule out Stampede and Devcon. I think Soundwave is a better bet, or at least on the right track.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Devcon was a joke, I was joking. I couldn't even be bothered to check up his actual spelling. I was poking fun at those who usually bring up his name hopeful of getting a figure when someone opens a topic about updates.
Ironically, that means I've become the guy who brought it up, I've become what I hate 0.o
My real guess was Soundwave. We haven't had an updated G1 Soundwave, well not counting MP Soundwave but he's a super perfect and accurate version and not an update.

You know, it's really hard to keep myself from saying it, but since you brought up Soundwave I just have to. Those blue guys that look the same, troop builders, scene fillers. Know who I mean?

We have more than enough Seekers.
I doubt the Club will using any Cybertron molds, but they have hinted at using "Classics-style" (Classics, Universe, Generations, etc.) and a surprise Energon mold.zodconvoy wrote:I'm guessing Circle of Light characters for the Knights. I've been using Wing Saber as Classics Star Saber since before Classics started, back when it was just Neo-G1. I didn't mention it solely because I hope to God they don't use that.

Uhh... gimme another hint. The only blue guys running around as troopbuilders and scene fillers I could think of are the Guardian Robots/Omega Sentinels.
