I recently purchased a brand new MP-29 Shockwave and noticed scratches on the legs and big hole/gap where the hose attached to. Does anyone here own or familiar with MP-29 Shockwave? Is this normal/acceptable or am I being too picky?
Can you guys have a look (pics included)? Thanks a bunch/.

I can post some pics from the gallery here while some one who has him can check. But it doesn't appear to have either of the issues you mention:

Thank you for those picture. Wow it looks like I got a very bad QC version then?

If anyone else here has MP-29 Shockwave and can check for me if their figure has these issues as well. Would greatly appreciate.

That would absolutely not be acceptable for me on a toy purchased as "new". If used you should have examined it (or asked for extensive pictures to examine) before purchase
Beyond that, it really depends on the return policy wherever you bought it from. Someplace like BBTS should be easier to deal with than if you bought it from a private seller or on eBay. (BBTS helped me very well with with a factory error on the CW Devastator I bought there, makes me feel confident when I buy from them.)

mine has some scratches on the chin of his legs but it doesn't have the small hole on the side of the back.

Just saw this post. Probably too late but I'll check when I get home. I haven't handled that figure in a few months, but I don't remember anything, and I'm kind of picky with my figures.

No scratches or hole on mine. I did inspect the plastic more thoroughly and there are slight imperfections in it. Almost looks like scratches but it's more similar to the plastic swirls. I'm really nitpicking though. Can't see anything from a regular distance.
