Well I have gain interest in Nemesis Prime once again, the first time was when I got from HTS.com and really fell in love with the him, colors, and the articulation isn't that bad either. After opening him and reading the back of the box saying that pretty much states Straxus made or created Nemesis Prime to Autobot Prime equal and I assume either NP destroyed Straxus or Straxus was gone (how I dont know) but now NP is an uncontrollable destroying machine and will take out any Autobot and Decepticon alike. I feel theres more to him than I know and its almost like he is a single lone warrior that was created and let lose to destroy whatever he can. Again I have take interest in him and really want to know more about his history and was NP every really destroyed? Plus my NP has been upgraded with PE's Shadow Demolitions warrior (double barreled Blaster) and Shadow Bat (Energy Trident) which I have to say he looks badass! If anyone can give me input on NP that would be great and thinking about coming up with a story line with pics for him as well. Thanks to everyone who can help with this.

I take it you're talking about the Classics voyager repaint? That would be G1 Nemesis Prime, there's also the Universe NP who was repainted from Big Convoy (mammoth) and his second figure the Alternity Convoy repaint.

G1 NP also got released as a black Alternators Optimus and I guess you can repurpose the Eldedroid (MP-01 repainted as a black drone) as NP. There's also a third party Leader-sized knock off of MP-01 in black with proper Decepticon symbols. And a Fallen-inspired black repaint of Knight Morpher Commander (the locomotive).

Armada and Energon OP also got black evil repaints, as well as Bot Shots, Animated Voyager, RotF Battle Blades and WFC Generations Optimus. And there's an upcoming Prime OP repaint.

Technically these are all different versions of the character. But I like Movieverse Darkside Optimus's bio stating he's a Multiversal Singularity set out to destroy all Optimus Primes across the dimensions.

I like to think of him as the fallen. But hey, that's just my continuity.

The Fallen concept would make sense for what I tend to think of as a lazy repaint that Hastak couldn't be arsed to think up much of a backstory for unlike Magnus.

However Prime in black just looks cool and when the RID Scourge came out i was happy to go with that idea just for the pleasure of having a toy look that awesome.
