If I'm reading this right it sounds like confirmation that Soundwave won't have a vehicle mode in the movie.

It's already been confirmed that Soundwave's alt mode is a satellite, and he will be orbiting around Earth most of the time, hasn't it?

I didn't think it was confirmed but pretty much assumed. We did have that concept art of him as a truck. But the article did have some new quotes from the writers like the Fallen "blaming humanity for his fall." Just thought I'd share.
