Found on Ebay, its a new type of bumblebee in his 08 Camaro form. It doesnt appear to be a FAB or a Deluxe figure, perhaps from the Buger King line?

This is the first picture of the robot mode that I know of. But that is the FAB version of '08 Bumblebee.
