The line is supposed to last another 10-12 months, so if you have already missed a character, do not be too alarmed, chances are it will get at least another release (even if it is a repaint) sometime in the near future.

TF is nothing like Star Wars - you should easily be able to find anything you want at retail (except the latest Titanium) without having to order online, so I'd hit the stores.
If you like detail and realism, Alternators/Binaltech, Masterpiece, and Classics should do ya right.

Well welcome to the forums, if you want to look at all the figures you can just go to Hasbro's Official Transformers Toy site you know. Well for a start Voyager Ratchet was a good choice... and Starscream not so bad either. It's quite hard to tell a person really what they want... because if I say the wrong stuff in which I like and you don't things could go wrong. So I will just make it brief and simple.Joshkj wrote:Just like to start off by letting you know this is a great site!
Ive been collecting Star wars figures and other items, most recently high end, for the past 4 years. I just recently, today, decided to start a small collection of Transformers.
I just picked up the Voyager class Ratchet and Starscream (namely because these were the only two I could find in my area). I really like these because of the poseablility and that they dont look too toyish.
Now I need a little help figuring out where to go from here. I want to get the rest of the movie seen autobots and Decepticons in their voyager class and smaller versions (for BB and Jazz), but how should I go about this. Should I keep hitting stores, or are the case assortments too limited, or should I stick to online. I also would like to know more about what are the better Transformers toys, for me I perfer, more detail and more realism. I know about the alternators and I will be picking up the SDCC exclusive. Any hints would be greatly apreciated.
As you can see, I am experianced at collecting, but I know very very little about the transformers line or even the franchise itself. I got all the original episodes and am watching through them and I love em all
