I found this link on IMDB tonight and was wondering if anyone had any information as to whether or not this DVD set will be released in the U.S.????

sony plans to remaster and put out the entire g1 cartoon after they aquired the rights (last year?). i would expect to see something like that around christmas

Should have had it ready right before movie launch. That's when things go crazy. Not that they wouldn't sell reguardless, but now would have been the optimal time.
