Right ... please read my post on the prior page about this. It's the only image that says (c) Hasbro on it which adds more to my theory about something being up with Takara's usage of imagery from the movie as well as the future of the movie worldwide.

It seems odd to me ... because I'm pretty sure they've done Action Masters or other figures that didn't see Japanese releases. I wonder why the change?

Yep ... Grimlock is a great example of this, of course without the non-Takara contributions there wouldn't have been much to show for the Grimlock line-up

Ah. Yes. The movie hasn't been released since 2006, so you've probably got something there.

It's been released elsewhere in the world (and on Blu-Ray as well) such as the UK (Metrodome) and Australia (Madman Entertainment) but I don't think it's been released since 2010. In the time since, it seems like there has been an absence of usage of imagery from the movie in addition to a lack of release. We've had a lengthy discussion about this in previous pages of this topic.

Really wish Exosuit Daniel was smaller, I don't understand why they went out of scale with him. If they shrunk him down to the size of Frenzy and Rumble he would have been perfect. It's not like he has any joints that wouldn't work if they were smaller.

I'm actually a little surprised to see God Magnus on there since he was a different character and only "Ultra Magnus" in the English version, yet the Grimlock page you also posted a pic of lacks RID Grimlock/CR Build Hurricane.

Hasbro's Energon Ultra Magnus, Universe "Battle in a Box" Ultra Magnus, BotCon 2012 SG Ultra Magnus, and TFS Ultra Mammoth are also absent (though, I could understand Takara not including the latter two).

Am I the only one who is perennially upset that Skywarp, Thundercracker and Starscream all had their tech spec scores switched perpetually into the future all the way back from '84? I know many people don't even look at em, but I always have.

i want this very much. However i have the previous version with the flappy hip kibble and gimpy feet and i can't justify the cost to myself, let alone the wife.

Any of the rest of you have this version of Skywarp? Two of the ones that I got both had the same mold defect on his upper left forehead. There's a small bump in the plastic. I really want to swap heads with a Thundercracker but he's got a shiny painted finish and Skywarp has a plain plastic matte finish. Urgh.

Just want to know if it's a limited run that has this problem or if all MP-11SW Skywarps have this problem.

Unfortunately, I won't even be ordering this for another two weeks. If no one shows up with one in the time it takes for me to get I'll be glad to help out in any way I can.
