BLITZWING IS A VOYAGER.

sure bulkhead has a short robo mode but his alt mode is obviously voyager size when hes next to BB and ratchet, theres no way that this is a delux, the tank is a highly folded blitzwing and he still looks close to bulkheads size. if anything his robo modes is going to really quite big. its a very cool toy, like something from 'metal slug'.

Looks like a Fisher Price toy.

mistransformed how can you say that these figures are made to be basic looking and to be transformed very easly compared and not alot of detail when transformed into robot mode to the other figures of the transformers series.

nice look but i never would have thought to change to jet to tank mode you just take cannons from the tan and put the cannons on the bottom to form the jet still good looking though

I like the bot mode, and the alts are show acurate, however they also suck.

I'm not too impressed with this particular figure. Both alt modes leave a lot to be desired. Perhaps they should have made him a Voyager so he could have more room to focus on the transformation and details and conceal more parts.

I agree deluxe, since he has to stand in for Classics Blitz in the triple changer line up, mine as well keep at least them all to scale.

One thing I can say about having all 3 main Con Triple changers. They aren't acurate in lots of ways, but each will be unique in it's own sorta way.

I'm actualy looking forward to that.

Hmmm... I love the jet mode!!!! I just wish that we could see a side view of it to verify how much tank kibble is visible; and so we can see how long the nose cone really is. As for the tank mode, it's good My only problem with it is the turret. It seems kinda small in my opinion. It should be a little bit bigger. I also would have liked to see a "telescoping" feature on those guns as well. All in all, I'll be looking out for this figure once it's finally released

Deluxe would suit me, as Voyager Lugnut isn't all that big... and he's supposed to be the big one.

but going by the pictures it looks to me like they have gone voyager for Blitzwing.

To be honest I'd prefer if they did the classicverse triplechangers at a larger scale and Blitzwing at deluxe. It would make more sense.

I have to say i'm generally disappointed with the designs of the animated line. The jet mode's passable but the tank mode just doesn't work for me.

Seconded. There is something about small toys that just fascinates me, plus I don’t get worries about room.

OMG! lovin' the alt modes. I think the turret should face the other way on the tank if it can. I have a feeling it won't rotate. Shame.
Seriously though, in the recent "Blitz" (lol!) of information, he looks brillig to me. He will be mine one day.. one day..
My vote goes on deluxe. That way the 5 Autobots and Decepticons together will have 5 deluxes, and 5 voyagers if you count cybertron Megatron. Also it's £10 cheaper so yay!

The tank mode looks cool (quite cybertronian-like), and the jet does look a lot better.

Look carefully at the rear-view shot of his tank mode. His turret is rotated slightly.


Whether it can do 360 degree turn is yet to be seen. But it looks like it might be able to do that.


Sean Long has an Animated Blitzwing on the way to him I've read, so hopefully transformersmatrix will do a nice ol video review for us.

Nice! I'm very excited about the Tfs Animated figs. and can't wait to get my hands on them!

Blitzwing looks really nice I love the tank mode.

According to the instructions, the turret is the right way around, and it does rotate.

Though if you see my earlier post, I believe the front of the tank is mistransformed(the wings should fold down).

I said I think. I often do the opposite of what the instructions say if I reckon it looks better that way. No kitbashing or anything though.

I am so having the turret rotated the other way round in jet mode.
