Re: New Mexico Magazine: "Transform Your Summer"
If anyone wants scans, I will be happy to supply them when I get the magazine in the mail.
Someone (it was so long ago that I can't place where I found it) reported the Optimus corpus in/around Holloman AFB. Probably on Racing Southwest.
With that, one of our resident Tacos (stationed at Kirtland AFB, F-16s) were called down to 'train' for filming. One in particular who posted said: "Yep, it was us! Two days of filming down at White Sands. Some airborne footage was shot with a Lear Jet w/some camera pods, and they got some footage of us from the ground when we flew over the town. They had all kinds of pyro going off underneath us. One shock wave was so big that my wingman felt it and wanted me to look him over for damage."
We're excited. We squeed at the NM on the back of the planes.
