I preordered, and if they do a powered prime I will probably preorder it. I am just hoping for a rehead. I will get SC without it but that would be a deciding factor on any additional repaints of the mold.

Heh, now I feel like an idiot for stating the above. I was told straight from FansProject that Shadow Commander was a BBTS exclusive, before BBTS put up preorders. Now, it looks like its not the case, since TFSource has put up their preorders for Shadow Commander. Either their getting their stock from FansProject, or buying in bulk from BBTS.
