I see a lot of fail here. I like the Hero Megs with a more S1 beast wars paint scheme but the rest?

Not paying the normal 45$ USD united price for the Windcharger set either.
Plus it will probably be more like 65$, with how popular that Windcharger is.

I see no difference in warparth, but for thunderwing i think the colours are all lighter, and the green on his limbs are now black. Anyone notices any other differences? If not thunderwing's gonna be the united shelf-warmer.

Btw, I skipped the Generations line except for Wheeljack and TT. So Warpath is getting to be verrrrrrry attractive in my wants list.

As for your statement about G2 Optimus, is that the Generations version? You mean to say there wasn't any in Singapore at retail?

Depending on final colour schemes I'll probably get Warpath and Thunderwing, but the rest strike me as weak molds dredged from the bottom of the barrel just for the sake of it.

If these are mock-ups then wouldn't that mean these aren't neccessarily the finished products?

And wow, I'm just amazed, especially with Sharkticon. I shouldn't have been though, because it had design elements from the Nemesis of the Beast Wars cartoon. And Thunderwing?! Why not Black Shadow, like it should be? Mind you all, most of them are figures that never saw regular Japanese release, especially Unicron, Deluxe Megatron, and the two BW 10th anniversary figures.

I'm keeping my eye on Thunder Megatron, and the two BW ones. Maybe Rodimus as well, but I'm gonna wait on final toys.

I'm staying a way from those Ganbo henkei exclusives (for Y 12,000), I'd rather get myself a hard to find G1 fig I missed. I'm still kicking myself in the butt for missing the chance on the Classic Skywarp when he was SRP but buying one (the exclusive)is imho plain 8-}

I hope Hasbro or Takara will see the light and re-issue a figure that is a sure fire SELL over a bunch of figs that are hit or miss.

Come on Takara, Axalon over TT or Skywarp? Do the math!

Underwhelming...

Black Windcharger repaint looks cool, but I hope the regular Windcharger looks amazing if they're being sold in a set. Warpath could be interesting, but the Generations one looks pretty great in its own right. No idea why they'd even bother with that crap Rodimus deco.

TakaraTomy has upheld the tradition of not releasing exclusive characters, or characters that appeared as exclusives in a main line of roughly the same nature, in this case Henkei vs. United. Though I wouldn't be against a new United UC and SW (if they fix the QC issues) I'm gonna have to say:

If anything, just the Megatron, and that's stretching it. If you look closely, Primal and Megs are still in their 10th Anniversary colors, as that's where the images are from.

Rumor has it that the Voyager Prime mold was used one too many times. I believe Shattered Glass Prime was showing signs of degradation.

completely disapointing
why use an energon/cybertron mould for starters? unicron doesnt look like the ark shuttle and energon sharkticon doesnt look like the axalon

tottally crap and serious disapointed

they could have at least TRIED and done something decent even if it only was a repaint - IE energon superion repainted as lio kaiser (given the tank leg and then another modded into drill horn) or even somert as simple as Diaclone Convoy or G2 prime as scourge or perceptor as his black ehobby version

these just seem all same, serious pass

Damn that Megatron Hero Mold. I despise that arm of his but I so want another one.

I need to see final colors before making a decision for most of them. Though likely the Windhcarger molds are a given.

I'd probably want to pick up Primal and T-Rex Megs if only because I don't own the T-Rex mold and I want another Primal from that mold. Its a great mold IMHO, the surfboard not so much. But in Transmetal colors with a chrome chest it would be pretty cool.
