I'm willing to give anything a chance, although this looks really weird and abstract.
However, if you're one of those people who saw the Bayformers designs and went crazy, like people are doing in this thread, but you got used to the designs, the same could happen here.
Also, this is ONE image. It might even be a rough-production or stylized logo design. It doesn't mean its going to totally reflect the look of the show.
Deep breaths, people.

Well if it is done by them then there should be an OK story to it. But with a look like that TF is about to fall off its high horse. What in the hell was hasbro thinking letting CN get a hold of the TF cartoon rights. GIVE US BACK THE GREATNESS THAT WAS G1 AND BEAST WARS!!!!!!! Id rather look at armada Prime than at that. We finally get use to the movie look and now this. I have a bad feeling that this is going to suck as much as all the other CN shows. Primus help us all.
EDIT: I just read the article and one thing frightens me "kid friendly". Also he looks like he should be a robot hero figure. Just something else that sent a cold chill up my spine.

Meanwhile, Transtech is still six feet under. I don't care if Draxhall Jump's designs were freaky as hell, I'd STILL take them, Mainframe's CGI, Bob Skir, the whole nine yards over this Americanized crapime garbage. They wouldn't even need to make toys, just a decent show (heck, even just a comic would do) following the vein of Beast Wars/Beast Machines (yeah, I liked Beast Machines. There, I said it).
I sincerely hope after I've seen this whole thing in motion, I'll have more faith in it (just like the movie designs). Though it'll take more than this to crack twenty-plus years of brand history, I shudder to think that this is Hasbro's idea of "going forward" - more like "caving in". I don't find anything radical at all about this reimagining - it looks exactly like most other U.S.-produced action-adventure 'toons from the last two or three years. THAT more than anything is why I dislike it.

the only thing I found akward is the head. The body while in the same style as Teen Titans don't bother me that much. Make the head sleaker and I'm ok with it.

 This is a joke right??
For the very first time I'm not liking what I see in a Transformers show. This doesn't even look like Transformers. I'll take the rushed/sloppy moments in the Armada cartoon over this style of animation any day. This simply does not fit Transformers. I am really disapointed.

this drawing is so poor that i cannot believe it represents the actual animation image quality, potentially the style indicated could lead to some very interesting toy designs.

Well... I finally understand where my crap goes when I flush the toilet, straight to Hasbro
Oh well, they have done really good lately, so a big stinker was just about due. I'll forgive them, give it a try, and pray it's good... yeah, thats what I tell myself.

The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Dear God. The head isn't the problem, it's the fact it looks like Energon Prime decided to use roids instead of working out.

hopefully the writing will make up the horrendous art, animation and yeah. But I will doubt the writing at the same time because I am an asshole

Man, I wish Hasbro could tap into me as a Transformers consultant. My sole job to say to their creative team is "WTF?" That would be the only part of my job. They'd show me something. I'd go "WTF?" and then they go back to the drawing board. When they show me something good, I'll give them an Energon Goodie and go back to saying WTF to the other designs.
I wish they would

Well, now that's blocky, it's the style now, drawing toons that way, man I wonder if the storyline will be good? Man, first the ugly in bayformers now this crap...well, if it's anything stupid like the Power puff girls or that Grim toon on Cartoon Network, I'm changing the channel. Why can't the animators like to draw like they used too? Freak, even He-Man, or Thunder Cats, G1, were drawn so much better than these fast flat lazy, neon color, style.
Nasty art, but I hope the story is better, which I won't hold my breath. Oh I wish it was done in 3D...maybe.
