You didn't answer my question. I asked if you felt Prime didn't have "adventure and fun". Are you saying that none of the stuff that went down in that show would be considered "adventurous" or "fun"?

Ah, yeah. That guy. The guy with the thing who dun did that there whatsit with the whosit and the thingamajig in the wheresit on the thingy in theYES! Got it!
#Sideways# wrote:Haha! My goodness, that GoBots, though. I'm saying my chief fear is that the designs will match up with the mood, and to me, this design screams the child's show that is Rescue Bots. Of course, I have been wrong before, and the designs don't necessarily go for a show's tone, though they play a lot into it. One comparison I would like to make is to When They Cry, a awesome anime that had cutesy-looking characters, and turned out to be about insanity and bludgeoning people to death murder. I agree with you that I overreacted, but I am still rather stressed over this.
Well, I said this before to someone else, so I find it appropriate to state here as well:
Just because this show will be tonally lighter that Prime does not mean that it has to be intellectually dumber.
Why, the aforementioned younger audience series [Rescue Bots] has a villain who constantly bests our heroes through political wit and legal manipulation (as well as through his brilliance and charisma), which are things that go right over small children's heads and appeal only to older audiences.
