Btw, those of you that already have one -- would any of you happen to have an original G1 Prowl as well? I'd kind of like to see some decent comparison shots, namely to make out the size... if they look like a good match, I'd be tempted to order some reprolabels for Prowl. Maybe some for the oversized Red Alert too, though I guess he'd need a paint job first.

It does look like the KO Red Alert would need quite a bit of work to pull off a remotely accurate reproduction (although wasn't there a red car that was mostly based on the same mold but without the flashing lights?), but Prowl is pretty dead on. Might have to try slapping some paint on his horns and face and giving him a crotchjob, though!

If you get around to doing the reprolabel thing before I do (which is fairly likely), I'd love to see how they turn out.

Oh, I've got 'em -- I was mainly posting the eBay link for our friends in the UK who've been jonesing for these KOs. But given that they look like they'd take the repros pretty well, I may have to return and pick up a few more!

The WST KO Prowl would definitely need some paint apps if you were to 'nicefy' it with some Reprolabel stickers. One thing I noticed with them side by side is that the WST is actually more off white and noticeably darker than Reissue Prowl. With some paint apps, and perhaps a bit of sculpting work with the head, it could end up being pretty good though.

KO Red Alert needs some serious help, though I do think that the Reprolabels would fit pretty darned well.

I have one, I bought chimungmung's last one. He told me these are going to disappear altogether soon(not sure how true that is, of course) so if you want one I say grab it now.
Pretty accurate KO, I still have my original G1 Sixshot so it stands up to it pretty well. About half the size of the original and the joints are a bit loose but besides that, it's good!
Buy it while you still can.

So I got my Robotmaster KO's of Skywarp and Thundercracker. Besides looking like the packages were stored in water for the last decade, I have a problem. As I look at my Thundercracker I notice something: He has NO WINGS!!!

WTF?! Odds of me getting a replacement are nil so anyone know where I might be able to pick up something that may work?

Is it just me or do those KO Protoforms look a bit more detailed in alt mode than the originals? Those look more like anime-style spaceships than the flying turds of the original molds. I wasn't to big on the protoform toys, but those KOs actually look kinda cool.
