Being the sports junkie I am, I figured that- with preseason games a mere week and a half away- it was time to get into the never ending debate! Who will win the Super Bowl?!?!? Will the Lions actually win a game this year?!?!? WHen did ESPN become all Tom Brady all the time?!?!? Does anyone else think Troy Polamalu looks like Weird Al Yankovic??? Browns are winning the super bowl this year! I almost said that with a straight face...

I have high hopes for my Jaguars and Browns this year though. Hopefully they both do better then their horrendous efforts last year.

But seriously...why did the Jaguars release Reggie Williams and Fred Taylor!?

Fred Taylor(my favorite running back OF ALL TIME), is on the **** New England Patriots :sad:

I hate the Patriots more then I hate the Titans and Steelers combined...

It'll be interesting how my Cowboys do this year without Owens. It would be epic if they make it to the Playoffs and actually win a game in the postseason after getting rid of him.

I'm also having a good chuckle at the 49er's and their star draft pick who is talking about sitting out the entire season cuz he wants more money. Apparently he thinks he SHOULD have been the first Wide Receiver drafted, so that warrants more cash.

It's crap like that that I fully support a new player wage overhaul with rookies getting bare minimum until they prove themselves.

As for the Browns...well, Mangini is an improvement over Crennel (anyone would be) but I don't expect a lot. A winning record, but probably no division dominance. At least they might beat the Sqealers this season.

Wow....no love for the Steelers...even less love for the Pats....can't blame you on the Pats thing but I grew up watching Franco Harris, Terry Bradshaw, Mean Joe Greene, and Lynn Swann so the Steelers have a special place in my heart. Of course I upgraded to a better team...

And I did like the 70s Steelers, because they were tough. I love to watch old footage from back then, of any team really. They were all playing tough. The Raiders? Forget it. Nastiest ever.

And yes, I was rooting for Da Bears against the Colts in the Super Bowl.

I am soooooo mad I missed the football game...I usually don't miss anything but for some reason it just slipped my mind. Oh well...got more coming up.

Every year I hope for a Vikings vs Bills Super Bowl. I just want to see the tag line "Someone has to win!" Sad thing is for me being a Vikings fan, that the Bills would end up winning.

Jay Cutler deserves to die. What a piece of crap. Like in all honesty, I hate this turd so much that I want to slap him silly. Like I didn't like him all too much in Denver, like I treated him like a saviour but he just looked like a spoiled brat. Like what the hell was I doing, I BOUGHT HIS FREAKING JERSEY. When he started getting cocky because we were winning, I didn't mind.. because we were winning and it was my team. Just the **** that he started up when he left, acting like a whiny bitch, well c'mon what an attention whore, and now my team is '****'. I still think the Broncos are good, so I'm not ditching them as of yet, we'll see. Being Canadian, I'm not obligated to cheer for a 'home' town team so I can do **** like that.

And a note to Bears fans. Don't get your hopes up. If Cutler was so godly then why in god's name did the Broncos not even make the playoffs? Yeah, our D sucked, but Cutler doesn't have the heart. And if you're boasting about a whiny jackass being on your team, then really that can't be helped.

Anyways, good luck to everyone's respective teams, and I hope nothing about Michael Vick overshadows what should be a fantastic season.

True. I suspect that Vince Young actually has depression issues though. I have a lot of personal experience with depression having dealt with it my entire life so I've gotten pretty good at picking up warning signs in others because they are behaviors I've done myself. I'd put money (if I had any) down he has depression issues.

I REALLY hope we kick the shite outta the damn Bears and Cutler's whiny ass...I hope Abraham sacks him 10 times...I will be at the Dome section 111 row 1 for that game. Just got tickets today. I supported Vick back in the day. I bought the jerseys and watched the games. I even stood by him when he was accused of Marijuana use...I don't think it hurts people personally...but when I first heard about the dog thing....disgusted me. I let my buddy's dogs chew up about 240 dollars worth of jerseys. I think a man should be forgiven if he is truly sorry for his actions and tries to change others ways before they go too far. I believe that Vick should indeed have one more chance to make it right and to play football....however I am RELIEVED that he will NEVER again be a Falcon. Arthur Blank tried HARD to bee good to Vick and work with him and he took it for granted. Last season at the Falcons/ Saints game I was at the Dome (We whooped Saint ASS too hahahah!) Bit I was CURSING people wearing Vick jerseys to the dome when Matt Ryan was working so hard for our team and DESERVED the respect. I'm just saying...SCREW VICK after what he did to our team and betrayed our owners trust. (Blank is a good dude.) I was yelling "TAKE THOSE DAMN JERSEYS OFF!!!" lol....I don't know. I am GLAD it is all over and we are on the road to the top. Dimitroff, Smith and Ryan WILL bring a SB victory to Atlanta. Mark my words. It is OUR time to shine finally. I just wish my ol granddad could have seen this team. Now that Roddy White is back and we acquired Tony Gonzalez...fresh hungrey defense...it's on. WHY??? He's a national champion college superstar who signed a pro contract worth a Long Haul-load of money!
