But at least it turns into something we all love.
Great job Dudenheim! Impeccable craftsmanship.
I'm anxious to see how you finish it.

You know what's cool? All of the pictures on the previous page.
And Bedicus. That's also cool.
Which Splinter is that? I have the baby turtles (and the shell storage regular sized) and that Splinter would look great! Funko-Pop or something?

Thanks. Going finish it with a lick of white paint and some small crown molding, maybe some quarter round on the bottom and I'm thinking something simple to cover the gap between Bedicus and the wall.Cobotron wrote:carytheone wrote:Yeah, but all the haters are going bash it for being a "kiddie" one step brickformer...![]()

That Splinter is by the Loyal Subjects. Keychain figure not the blind box. I'm not sure if there is any difference between the two or not other than a key chain screwed into the back.

This Week's Haul
I didn't really want to make a post in the usual haul spot, but I wanted to share with my friends my new shinies.
First up hailing all the way from Japan; TF Prime Arms Micron War Breakdown. This is a figure I've been pining for a long time. I had some birfday funds laying around burning them holes and decided to splurge. This feller showed up at the house Monday, but life. So, I swung by the house to see the Mrs and my new play pretty on the way into the office. This is my first AM figure so expect more thoughts and pics of epic BD vs BH battles later.

Then these two fine young purple fellows showed up Tuesday at the office. That's why I didn't post on the haul page considering all the shipping delays I've been reading about, but I did want to rub it in a bit to those closest to me
. You probably already guessed it RID Warrior Fracture and CW Legends Shockwave.
I gots a little something to say after the pictorial break, but here is a little spoiler: DOPE and DOPE! Also, pardon my terrible office lighting, I was too excited to wait until I got home.

I don't care what Chuck says, the guys with the goofy hands can hold Shockwave just fine. You do have to get a little creative though.
And if you didn't see these next ones coming, then you really haven't been paying attention.

OK, both figures are awesome and have fun and intuitive transformations. Fracture is just plain cool and is going to boot that sad deployer wannabe version. His weapon is neato and can almost store on his back. It actually can, but it's very loose. Speaking of loose, the kickstand was off in package and doesn't really like staying in and his hands pop out real easy. Great figure, highly recommend if you're into RID or just dope ass motorslickle bots.
Shockwave... DOOD, SHOCKWAVE! He is an awesome legends figure. A lot of his awesomeness comes from necessity. For example he has thigh swivels because of his transformation. Regardless I feel this figure could be upscaled with just a few added extras to deluxe or even voyager with no issues what so ever. Ok, the small nick picky negatives: his hands and pew pew are totally visible in gun mode and yes, his forearms and lower leges are painted clear plastic. That doesn't really bother me, but I remember reading a little hum bug about it on one of the threads.
So, if you are expecting these two figures in the near future, be prepare to be delighted. Hope you enjoyed the poorly lit pics.

TFSource 2015 Holiday Guide
Here is a little something fun I received from TFSource this week in the mail no less. An actual print 2015 Holiday Guide. Reminds me of the old wishbooks of years long past. I would assume anyone with an account with TFS received one, but I figured I would share just in case. It's really cool check it out!

At least I'm upfront about it.itscramtastic wrote:Yooouuuuuu dirty Rattrap
Well I don't know about you, but I sure do visit seibertron for pics of homemade furniture. After much fighting and deciding, Bedicus is mounted to the wall and ready for a snooze.

Now with more bed!
Still needs some prettying up, but it's solid as a rock. Who wants to have a sleep over and play Transformers and video games all night?!

CW Ironhide Go-Bot Mode
So I'm watching White Christmas with the Mrs. and goofing around with CW Ironhide and I found a Go-Bot mode. Or at least a gun face mode.

Use the Laggy Force, Seiberbros!
I'm double posting just in case anyone doesn't check my game thread.
Were here is a cool thing I just learned about, shame it's execution is poor or I just have a really slow computer/internet connection.
It's a Star Wars flavored browser game that links your phone's accelerometers to use as the light saber.
https://lightsaber.withgoogle.com/

Neat concept and neat until it lagged to the point I couldn't play. Well I guess getting 1:1 control is pretty unrealistic anyway.
Go check it out. At the most it will cost you a couple minutes and a bit of battery life on your phone.

I'm totally down for a over night video game/TF geek-a-thon.

I was juggling being on call and wrapping prezzies last night. I did manage to find time to play with Onslaught and open Brawl.

So Onslaught is dope as hell. He totally trumps Hot Spot/Defensor. The little stuff they did to make him different is brilliant. Where he really shines is as Bruticus. The legs are the same, but the upper half is different and pegs in super tight. And that head sculpt for Bruts is killer and ok a ball joint!
I didn't have time to transform Brawl, but he is really cool and the waist issue isn't really that big of a deal. I tried the rotate it around mod; didn't like the way it looked and it made him short.
