Been coming up dry lately on the hunts. The walmart where I'm at this week had a ton of those Tenkai Knights on clearance. I picked up one of the bigger ones for $5. I just looked at the box "titan" sized I guess.

Here he or she is in brick form.

And all suited up in bot mode.

Lydendor is it's name. Pretty neat looking just standing there. I wanna say I'm getting a gundam or some other anime robot/mech vibe from it. Has a neat plastic chain weapon. I may have to pick up the other one they had as well before heading home.

Well as you can see, my 3DS is waiting patiently for me to pick it back up.

Excellent Pics too . This one is my fave , The colours on the the takara beasts are soo nice much more uniformed .

Thanks and thanks for stopping by, I'm glad you enjoyed the ride. It got pretty crazy there for a bit. It took a bit of effort in camera and post processing to get the Takara Beasties color to settle down a bit. I'm still trying to figure out this whole lighting thing. :-?

Ask and you shall receive; here goes. Where my collection lives has terrible lighting and I'm using an aging cell phone. So apologies for the fuzzy pictures. My shelves have fallen into a bit of state of disarray.

I borrowed the way Double Dealer is wielding Cylclonus's gun from SW Silverhammer. Side note, the same gun that came with Silverbot is all loosey goosey. No one can hold it. Anyone else have this issue.

Ah, the magic of post processing.

Indeed. I love Prime Starscream. His build, personality and voice are just perfect. I meant to snap a pic of Taks BH Screamer and the FE together, but I forgot. So bonus!

I had the camera and lights setup so why not refresh Devy too?

Devy can't kneel, boo. He is also a beast to pose.

And because I just reminded myself of another FE figure I have.

This also makes a good argument for modding Gen Arcee's hands

Thanks man, I appreciate the feedback. I'm using the ancient and forbidden dark magic of a real camera and extra lighting.

I'm using my wife's micro 4/3 Olympus Pen with an old manual canon 50mm lens. That lens is awesome. I got a couple cheap desk lamps with a double layer of parchment paper over them to soften the light. I learned that a wide spread is way better. Then I just fought the camera's manual settings until I liked the looks of the pics.

The backdrop is a cheap black poster board. Here check it. A picture is worth a thousand words.

I still need to put the Arcees away.

Oh and a little post proccessing. I still haven't got the lighting where I want it. Everytime I change the lighting I have to figure the camera out again. :lol:

The goal is to go 100% in camera.

Yup, I have a little space to call my own. No tv in there yet, but the plan is to get my game on. It feels a little cramped with more than one person in there, but I loves it.

The Mrs likes that dresser too. It had nowhere else to go, so I claimed it. Now it holds extra controllers and TF instructions / accessories.

I found him at Target. Shouldn't be too hard to find. He's been on amazon and HTS for some time now. Instant gratification got the better of me. He is pretty cool though, but I don't know where to put him. I think he will just be a floater and visit with the bots on various shelves.

So the Mrs. was out with her mom and sister for a little ladies brunch out and much to my surprise she came back with these:

I never feel like I have this guy transformed correctly. And I'm using his rear bumpers help keep him from falling on his butt (aka his front seats :lol:

). His ankles have gotten a little loose over the years.

Nothing better than Transformer Surprise , it really puts kinder eggs to shame .

Thanks, and yes, yes they are. I played with them for quite some time before settling down for some pics.

Even though they are repaints, I'm really quite impressed with both. The decos are really striking. And Prowls head sculpt is just killer. I think what impressed me the most was Prowl's fake car hood chest plate. It's a spot on match for the car's hood. I didn't even notice on Streetwise.

I will probably pick up the other two ark bots if and when I see them now.

They do look really good for repaints , I was gonna get Cobblepot to grab me some but ill hold out for takaras box set .

the only one I know I wont be keen on is sunstreaker that mold Is a little strange , after playin with Breakdown and finally realising why everyone was complaing about those legs.
