It just hit me. When the Japanese get their hands on Transformers they design adult appealed directed Transformers product like KISS. When we do it, we get preschool geared cute crap. WTF?! All the previews for Transformers Animated reminds me of all the campy 70s superhero cartoons!

Yes it is a Prescool show full of Kiddy Neon designs.
It will ruin transformers forever!

Only thing that would make it worse if Optimus Transformed into a munky.

It would be cute at least..... I guess. But know how Hasbro tends to work they'd probably find a way to screw that up also.

Japan has alot more adult shows. Now if the shows from Japan came to the US it would probably only be on HBO and all preimum channels

I agree.Although I'm not fond of kiss players,I don't see why the west can't get a decent cartoon on par with Beast Wars and the TF movies in terms of seriousness.I mean its not like little children never saw the above three and there still well received in the community.I don't think we can expect a "code of hero" from transformers animated.

I like the Kiss toy line, but the comic was very strange. I wasn't into them eating little girls or kissing little girls to be more powerful, that made no sense to me, still, it drew my curious mind to it because it was so odd. (...Starscream's ghost in a young human girl body, I never read, but wtf?)

If the LOOK of things dictated its target audience's age, then Japan would probably have the lion's share of kiddy stuff. Also, KISS players is only mature in the eyes of sweaty men in basements.
