okay crazy fists, would you like me to explain the rhyme and reason behind the weapons, and their damage/stat/cost recharge times values?
and since damage is pegged to stats, that means we just have to work in recharge times when giving an appropriate energon cost for any given weapon
i would assume something along the lines of
[50*2^(FRP+SKL)]/recharge turns(or 1 for the NR)
and then each time a weapon stock runs out just bump up the price by 10%
