was $33 flat if you went to NYCC
Was $28 + tax and shipping if you bought it from HTS, so I'd imagine it would be close to $40 when all is said and done.

All I gotta say is, Hasbro better go to NYCC again next year. Lol. I don't live in California and all the big cons that go on out there hurt my soul a little
This is what I get for deciding I didn't want to live out in Cali / pursue a 3D animation career -__-
Well... I still don't want to live in Cali. I hated Burbank and the surrounding area's (where many of the studios are) when I was out there for a bit, but still... why do most of the big cons have to happen out there

Fed Ex ground.
Either way I love the set and got 2, one to open and play with and another to keep MISB display.

What do you all think now that you have Prime toys in your hands?
I think I like Arcee better over all. She's got a great robot mode and a decent alt mode. There's a complexity to what needs to be done with her transformation that's probably only matched by Animated Prowl. Prowl did things better, but Arcee is interesting too.
Bumblebee is way better than I expected. I'm glad to see the plastic is somewhat dense and durable. There's a few points of his transformation that I dislike, especially where the chest all closes together and the force required to pull the arms apart from alt mode.
I do like BB's bulk and stature. He looks great.

I found Prime Prime to be impressive in the complexity of his transformation for a deluxe but there's something that just doesn't excite me about the figure that I can't put my finger on.

I've had the set since Saturday, but only got around to transforming them today. I'm quite pleased with both. Considering how burnt out I am on Bumblebee as a character, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed his figure. I was mainly getting the set for the pink Arcee, and she did not disappoint. Between these and the SDCC Prime I'm pretty excited for the mainline line.

There's a hook on the shoulder chassis. There is a set point for it to rest in inside the yellow shoulder pieces.

I found that, but when you clip it into place like that, the Autobot symbol on his chest is covered up by two pieces of kibble - or perhaps I should call them "bits" instead of "kibble"

Arcee is a treat. It's a real novelty to get a transforming robot who's this deliciously estrogen-y shade of pastel pink. Her weapons are also delightfully over-the-top in a Beast Wars way. I can't help but feel it would've looked better if the waist rotated during transformation as her feet look good from the inside but pretty hollow from the outside, and her shoulder kibble and back kibble are fighting a war that neither will win. Also her hands look like they can hold nothing ever. Still, gotta love her high heels, little smirk and pointy robo-boobs.
It also came with a figure of a slacker kid and Izzy from Digimon so there's that. And the packaging is GORGEOUS. I really hope we get some sort of convention-exclusive Ratchet & Bulkhead set to finish the team up.
This whole "FIRST EDITION" crap is rubbing me the wrong way though.
