That's the Wal Mart on Morse road, right? I looked up the phone number on the receipt. They had one, and it was at $69.99. When I asked about the sale, they claimed that they have never sold this Prime for $50.

Yeah on Morse. I would go there personally... the proof is in the receipt. Did you ask them to type in that number on the receipt? I just checked... the number on the receipt is the same number on the box (Proof of Purchase). It still has the price tag sticker that says $69.99 so I doubt the person you asked even scanned it or looked it up on the computer.
If they didn't look it up... I'm curious to know how they think they never sold it for $50.00. Go there and scan it... it will show up as $50.00.

I did scan it in person, and it came up as $69, when I asked a toy department person, and then asked to see a manager, the manger is the one who told me that they have never had Prime on sale.

Strange... I just went to another Walmart... All the 20th primes are at $50.00... this time the price tag on them actually say $50.00. The one on Morse doesn't have anymore. The one I went to today is off of I70 East - Pickerington. They had about 15 left.
Also, target at Sawmill has all the new Scout Exclusives.. Elita-one, Armorhide, Air Raid. There were only about 3 of each left so hurry!

St Clairsville Ohio Walmart has the newest wave of Voyager class... several units of Thundercracker, Megs, Rescue Ratchet AND 4 OPTIMUS PRIMES!!! The majority of them are on the overstock shelf about 4 feet to the right of the Transformers display.
St Clairsville Ohio Toys R Us has a fresh delivery of Voyager Starscream and Ironhide... tons of them... just those 2. They also have gotten more Movie Robot Heroes
Wheeling West Virginia Highlands Target has the holiday ornaments and a fresh restock of the latest deluxe class. Beamers are on clearance and their is a clearance tag over the 6" Titanium figures shelf tag... they only have WW Starscream though.
Wheeling West Virginia Highlands Kohls has FAB, Cyber Slammers and the Masterpiece Optimus Prime Carlton Cards ornament (well, not anymore... bought the last one!)

Ok guys... this whole MP Starscream thing is killing me. Everyday I'm calling and going to walmarts... I know... I'm being impatient but I don't want to miss out on the most anticipated figure for this year. Especially since Takara won't be releasing their version until after christmas.
If anyone sees this in ohio, please PM me or call me (PM me if you are willing to help and I will give you my cell phone number).
I am asking if anyone sees this figure... please pick up at least 2, prefer 3 for me.

Let's see...just got back from my daily round of visits and calls for my now-frantic MP SS hunt, with no luck. Here's the breakdown of the places I called or visited:
Lima: both stores had nothing, and don't even have shelf space set aside. The store on Cable Road is notorious for being slow on restocking, and the store on Harding Highway doesn't have shelf space either, and has given me conflicting reports as to whether or not he's even on order.
Wapakoneta: Nothing in stock, no indication that he's on order.
Bowling Green: Ditto.
Findlay (west): Ditto.
Findlay (east): He's listed as being on order, but no indication if he's in transit.
Tiffin: Same as Bowling Green. I'm stopping in there later today, just in case.

I doubt they'd even know or want to look in the back even if they had them. Seems like the Walmarts around Cleveland are loathe to do anything but stock the shelves and get out of there for their lunch break.
