And since we're in the primordial universe that seems to mix everything together, that could open the doors for groups outside of just G1 universes. Are there any five-member beast-moded groups in the Unicron Trilogy, Animated, the movies, or Aligned stuff?D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Sabrblade wrote:I just thought of another five-member team with Beast Modes, but it's one that I don't expect it to be:D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Skritz wrote:Sabrblade wrote:I just thought of something else about the Primitives. While there are five pairs of eyes shown, that doesn't necessarily make them another combiner team. What if we're going about this all wrong and the next five are a group of beasts but who aren't a combiner team? That could open up the possibilities more. We just need to think of who, historically, has been a five-member team with beast modes but not necessarily a combiner.
The Dinobots, as they weren't originally a combiner team before The Beast Within Power of the Primes.
This is the only one i can think of right off the bat.
Or maybe we're about to get some Quintesson servant repaints (Alicons, Gnaw).
Or Maybe it's Sky Lynx and a new team of smaller beasts.
The Destrongers!
Gigatron, Gelshark, Goosher, Gaskunk, and Gildor.
Ya know, that is also a good one! Would be nice to see some RiD stuff like that

Caelus wrote:My wife pointed out something interesting about the prehistoric Predacons. I said that everyone was complaining because transforming for them mostly consisted of them just standing up-right. She essentially said, 'So? That's what our ancestors did.'
Energon had Terrorcons. Battle Ravage, Divebomb, Cruellock, Insecticon, Scorponok, and their redecos.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Closest Animated would get would be including the 3 dinobots, Waspinator, and Blackarachnia.
Cybertron had the jungle Planet with Scourge, Brimstone, Snarl, Undermine, and Backstop. You could also count Leobreaker.
Not sure about Energon or Armada, I don't think there were 5 member beasts.
Prime only had Predaking, Sky Lynx, and Darksteel.
RiD2015 had a bunch of beast-related bots they could run with too

Prime's toyline had lots of different Predacons.
Since this manga is also making heavy use of some toy-only versions of characters, that further opens up things from outside of just cartoons.

Pretty sure that was the intention since Primacron's assistant from that episode was retconned into being the Japanese G1 cartoon version of Primus, and Primus here is working against Primacron in an age before he becomes said assistant and is now summoning Primitives in the same manner that he will again later on in that episode.Moonshot wrote:I can't help but think of Call of the Primitives episode of Sunbow G1, but who knows.

I mean, what do you mean by "released as the Super Megs chapter"?Moonshot wrote:Sabrblade wrote:What do you mean?Moonshot wrote:Wait was it already released as the Super Megs chapter?
The last couple ones that had Super Megs, the pre-universe, Primacron and such?

Thus far, there have been 14 chapters released online for this storyline:We've yet to hear anything about the next chapter, or even what the next figure will be. But at the moment, both Super Megatron and God Neptune have yet to see release, so we may have to wait until after at least Super Megs gets released before we get any further chapters.
- 1 for Star Convoy
- 5 for King Poseidon
- 4 for Super Megatron
- And 4 for God Neptune
