I was planning to get the Hercules figures from BBTS, but Exgraver's sold out there. How many people have purchased from TFsource.com before? Anyone have any opinions or past experience with them?

I order most of my high end figures from TFSource. They're very reliable. Sometimes, however, they don't provide a tracking number. Still, I've never had any problems receiving my order. I remember once when I misread my Bruticus upgrade set's status (I thought my receipt said I only ordered Swindle when I actually ordered both), I sent them an e-mail inquiring about the issue. They got back to me 3 hours later (very quickly, IMO) and cleared the entire thing up for me. Very friendly.

They're very friendly and reliable. Can't recommend them enough.

Used them a few times now for getting stuff to the UK, no issues and very happy :-)

TfSource is very good. Their packing is excellent so figures are well protected, in bubble wrap and cardboard sleeves before being placed into a box.

Its one of the top Retailers out there. Shipping time in the U.S is excellent, well at least in Texas. And most of the time prices and shipping are slightly better than BBTS.

TFSource is top notch. Their support is very approachable and quick to respond to issues. Thankfully I've had none but just questions. Their packing is excellent and they match other sites shipping methods.

Lastly their site is easy to navigate and find items. This is what drew me to them more than BBTS.

I asked this on TFW2005 as well, and they mentioned the company that handles their CC has had problems. Did this happen to anyone here?

They had an issue about a year ago with the company that processes their credit cards (so not their fault). That really could have happened to any online retailer.

Other than that, they are top-notch and part of my top 3. BBTS, TF Source, Toy Arena.

Go with them. They are good.
